The “Loving” lead actors portraying Richard and Mildred looked so much loved the real couple. Loved watching a film depicting one of the most historically important couples for the laws of of my country
You won’t regret it. It shows what real love looks like in the face of adversity and hate! They still loved each other throughout all the pain. It was definitely a beautiful story!♥️❤️🩹
Love this list. My favorite ones are: *West Side Story ((Natalie Wood's version)) * Loving *Save the Last Dance * O ((Julia Stiles version...)) * Get Out * Hairspray *The Bodyguard ((R>I>P Whitney Huston)) * The Jungle Book ((DISNEY)) * Pocahontas ((DISNEY)) *Fools Rush In * Cinderella (( Brandy's version)) *Tomorrow Never Dies ((James Bond)) *Crazy/Beautiful *Love Actually *Peter Pan (2003) *Guess Who? El hecho que hayas hecho una lista significa que valoras las películas en ella y que las aprecias mucho.Yo también tengo muchas en mi lista pero de otra temática 😅 aunque los míos son algo antiguos...
Some are so sad - and sometimes real life is sadder - after knowing my boyfriend for years, but being unable to act on the feelings we IMMEDIATELY HAD FOR EACH OTHER - LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT - my family, his past, his family, etc. = social norms, you know, still prevalent in the South. WE FINALLY GOT TOGETHER - two magical years - as if we were made for each other and as if we'd been together an eternity....and then? I found him dead, totally out of the blue and unexpectedly last year - I regret I didn't think "screw them" earlier - regarding my family - but I am thankful for what we had! Miss you forever Baby!
"West Side Story" is the result of a collaboration among five Jewish homosexual men. It is an unethical appropriation of Puerto Ricans. The five desired to create a story about the prevailing discrimination against Jews and homosexuals. But they feared the public would be too unreceptive and even hostile toward such a play. So they substituted a tale about a romace between a Polish boy and a Puerto Rican girl. Gay viewers could get the hidden meaning of songs like "I Feel Pretty" and "Somewhere There's A Place For Us." They also recognized the symbolism of using a gay actor in a lavender shirt playing the role of Maria's stereotypical macho brother. Never mind that both Poles and Ricans were Catholis who attended the same Catholic schools and churches; they wre not enemies. But the five partners had no place for the Church in their story. They resented the Chucrh, which they perceived as opposed to both Jews and homosexuals. In "Romeo and Juliet" the romantic couple go to a priest and marry. In "West Side Stroy," the Church does not exist and there is no priest. Instead, Maria sings that she is "getting married today," meaning that she plans to lose her virginity (ater all, Puerto Rican women are sluts who do not marry). Sad to say, half the world thinks they saw an accurate portrayal of Puerto Ricans after viewing the misleading play or the movie.
A 2024 award-winning romantic drama called "Meeting Ms. Leigh" where a young black writer in desperate need of inspiration begins an affair with an enchanting, enigmatic older woman during a weekend in Santa Monica. It is a very thought-provoking movie with beautiful cinematography and a wonderful original score!
That's lust not love let's be for real. The directors lust for power led them to create such movies to be seen higher up and feel a since of superiority aand pride. All humans in some way are that way because the majority of us have nothing better to do other than fascinate or be curious about these silly ridiculous fictional fetishes .

The head scratcher about the Brandy Cinderella movie is how a white man and black woman can have an East Asian child. Unless he was adopted.
@@nrkgalt that’s true. I was thinking of that when I saw the movie for the first time
Something new

Don't forget about "Zebrahead" produced by Oliver Stone. From 1992 and starring Michael Rapaport and N'Bushe Wright.
