Mattbenz1714 hypersexual thoughts are normal when practicing SR(Semen Retention) however you become stronger, more creative and authentic. You must avoid becoming sexually weak. Try to channel your energy into expressing your creativity in a project you've probably never done. Thank you for sharing your experience.😊❤️

I wasted so many years of my life through this. Being on a long streak of SR makes me feel like a kid again and my spiritual / psychic gifts are a million x stronger. I gotta thank God for my discernment because I could’ve gotten taken advantage of by many narcissistic women. People need to wake up to this because some of them practice black magick and witchcraft and want to steal your energy to create their own power,to manifest and to cast / summon stuff.
My sex drive is huge. And I mean huge and has always been an issue for me. And I love sex on top of it all. Honestly I have been celebate for 5 years now but omg - nothing helps anymore. Not working out, not creating, nothing. And there is a guy at the gym and he is taking his shirt off right in front of me. So I am going a bit crazy.

My narcissist ex tried to use sex as punishment. He was confused cause I just ignored him. He became very irritated.
