    I’ll be moving out there sometime in May or June. Your videos sold me on making the leap and leaving LA. I’m getting all my VA stuff in order to make it a smooth transition

    Should be moving out to SA from overseas in May 22' looking to purchase a home by Dec of that year. You're video's have helped me out a lot. I definitely will be reaching out.

      Hey😎! They used to at Hidden Springs, but have since stopped allowing investors to buy in this community. One of our investor clients actually purchased 3 homes in there before the change.
      We're always keeping up with inventory and which communities allow investors, so we'd be happy to get you pointed in the right direction. Were you focused mainly in New Braunfels, or would San Antonio work too?

      Pricing in this neighborhood starts around $270k. This floorplan currently starts at $336,990. Were you looking into new construction around the New Braunfels area?

      This one actually does have an HOA, many of the neighborhoods out here do, but they're not overly restrictive at all. Were you looking for something specific?

    What’s the tax rate in this community?

      The tax rate is 2.2% and you get an extra 20% off on your assessed value since it's in Comal county. So it's your assessed value, less 20%, and that's the amount you get taxed on at 2.2%. Hope that helps! Were you considering a move to the area?

      Yup! Right off Hwy 46, just a couple miles East of I-35. Were you doing some looking around in that area?

      @@SanAntonioTexasLiving No. actually we are living off 46 right now with our daughter till our house is done. She will be looking next year. 46 is a nightmare. Very busy and noisy. She is trying to avoid that area.

    How good are the schools in this neighborhood? Also what is the tax rate?

      All of the schools for this community are very highly rated. The tax rate is 2.2% and you get an extra 20% off on your assessed value since it's in Comal county.
