Over at the Artist Opus Brushes channel they suggest storing brushes laying down on a table instead of upright in a jar, or whatever, because regardless of how clean and dry you think the brush is after use there is always a minute amount of thinner/cleaner left in the bristles that will seep down into the ferrule and will shorten the brushes lifespan more and more every time this happens.

Just getting back into modelling after 15 years and great informative video young fella. I`m into the civil aircraft types,, mainly airliners. Are you going to do any thing on this subject?. Keep up the good work

Do you hand paint most of your kits and how much do you airbrush? { I have never airbrushed before,} definitely getting one now......... your thoughts please....cheers!

I use superglue for filling seams it can be sanded and painted when set; you can build it up in layers for bigger tasks

Thanks mate. i have a few civil kits and some airliners so i will be doing something a some stage. So many kits so little time mate.
Pin vice on Amazon for $7, silly putty is great masking putty, hair dryer, lighting and magnifier are a few things I bought as well
