Speaking of how strong Mark Henry is, did anyone else know that the infamous spot of Mark not being able to get inside the steel cage ended up with him actually breaking a legit chain to get inside. And that chain was thick. The title of World’s Strongest Man was NOT a gimmick.
heard the story on that one, it was supposed to be a gimmick chain and one of the ring crews accidently put a real one on there, took him a few seconds to break it but still broke it.

Many people think he's just a gimmick but Henry was legit the world's strongest man for a good amount of time.
His squat record was unbroken for a long ass time.
He was never the World's Strongest Man, I think he won some strongmen events at the Arnold, but never went further than that.
@@dominoninehe won the first ever Arnolds classic and defeated the winner of the previous years wsm, Svend Karlsen. So yeah that year specifically he would have been considered the strongest man in the world in 2002 , idk why people are saying “ for years” part tho.
@@dominonine the Arnold classic is the heaviest competition for strongmen. All of the WSM competitors compete in Arnold classic before the WSM events.

Yeah, I think there's some exaggeration but I don't think he exaggerates when he says that for a few of his greatest moments where moments where he was the strongest man in the world because the odds of anybody lifting heavier in those specific moments in time is pretty slim and that's how I think about that point which is arguably more interesting anyways.

first one I say Goldberg when he was in his prime in WCW, he levitate Big show into the air with the jackhammer. The Second one is Mark Henry he moved two trucks over 3000 tons of steel, grabbed a long change tied it around his stomach and made both trucks move 10 miles with only his body, he didn't push them and that was very impressive to move two trucks that's over 3000 tons of steel for 10 miles. The last one it's a tossed up with Brock Lesnar and John Cena because I remember Brock Lesnar, Big show and JBL broke down and destroy the Ring, when I was young we thought that was a part of the show but then we realized no they really broke the ring, now John Cena I heard from every strong dude in the WWE business all his lifts made some Superstars feel small.

For a guy who’s been 205-220 pounds his whole career Seth is insanely strong. There’s a lot of times when he does the superplex/falcon arrow combo he has to deadlift the guy up

If you think about it every wrestler is extremely strong to be able to lift, hold, and slam their (at least) 200 lb peers like nothing and John Cena with the double slam... I think one wrestler once said being on John's shoulders was like "laying on a brick wall"

Prime Kane was definitely one of the strongest. Lesnar admitted it plus he defeated everyone in arm wrestling inclunding Lesnar. Even Big Show has said whenever Kane picked him up he felt extremely safe. Red Monster for a reason. 💪👹

They’re more functionally strong in the sense that they are so stable and secure whenever they perform feats of strength rather than just throwing heavy stuff about.
