Rock never took the juice. He was always a decent size because he played college football at university of Miami. Once he got into the WWE he had more time to just work out. Rock really started to bulk up after he became a movie star. His muscles while huge do not look like he is using roids. You should look up his daily routine and how much he eats.

I remember reading an interview from Scott Steiner just after he joined WWE in 2003ish and he was talking about how much it pissed him off that people think he takes roids. Said most times he was injured was a knee injury and wouldn't let him miss gym time so would just work top half. I lost all respect for him then, not because he took them- they all did and do, but everybody else admitted it whereas Scott treated us all like idiots.

The only wrestler I think that really didn't hit the juice and was a big name would be Sting. If he did hit it back in his surfer persona days, it wasn't really that hard compared to literally everybody else.

Well, they are controlled substances, meaning you need a prescription to take them. There are serious risks to steroid abuse, as many other controlled substances.
Also, it sort of is a competition, just not in the way you think. All of these guys and gals are competing for roster spots, PPV matches, main event cards, and title opportunities. Having an impressive physique improves ones chances of being noticed and ultimately receiving a push. So if you want to have any opportunity to succeed in this business, you have to stand out, so some will use steroids to do that.
It's physically and scientifically impossible to have their physiques without using peds. People who think otherwise have little to no idea how the human body works
Facts, I have what most would consider “good genes” and I stand 6’4” and weigh 215lbs. My body puts on muscle easily but there is no way I would be shredded if I gained 20-30lbs. We are being told/sold that all of these guys are essentially Aaron Donald/DK Metcalf in terms of their physiques. I find that extremely hard to believe.

Dynamite Kid had one of the most dangerous finishing moves in wrestling. Every top wrestler who used the flying headbutt every week has ended up dying early. It's like having a concussion week after week, look what it did to Chris Beniot's brain.

I met Lex Luger when i was a toddler back in the early 90s in downtown Atlanta. Mind you WCW's home was Atlanta so this was common occurance for some people to see wrestlers back then. You can't do exercises like squats or deadlifts with a torn quad. And it's very hard to have a muscular physique without doing those types of movements.

I saw that too. While I think some of the editing, production, and content on this channel is decent, I notice careless mistakes like that all the time. Having an impressive physique improves ones chances of being noticed and ultimately receiving a push. So if you want to have any opportunity to succeed in this business, you have to stand out, so some will use steroids to do that.

Facts, I have what most would consider “good genes” and I stand 6’4” and weigh 215lbs. My body puts on muscle easily but there is no way I would be shredded if I gained 20-30lbs. No that's not how it works. If you've naturally put on muscle even if you get fat your gains will only slightly diminish that's basically what a fat swole guy is. HHH clearly taking alot stuff because his body looks drastically different.
You can't do exercises like squats or deadlifts with a torn quad. And it's very hard to have a muscular physique without doing those types of movements.

In the case of HHH. He tore the quad muscle clean off his thigh bone as his quad muscle grew bigger than what the bone could support. This is caused by abusing steroids. Tell me Bobby Lashley is not using 🙄

I saw that too. While I think some of the editing, production, and content on this channel is decent, I notice careless mistakes like that all the time. In terms of quality, I find this channel inferior to WrestleTalk, WWW, Cultaholic, Whatculture, etc. I want to love the channel, but they really need to clean up the careless mistakes and grammatical errors. So many of the videos seem rushed. Shame. Behind the titantron is actually a great series at times.
