You should do a review on the OKAI Neon. I just got one here in Toronto and I've been absolutely in love with it, being my first electric scooter. Super great value especially as a entry level scooter. Super modern and great looking.

Howdy! Looove your vid of this. I recently ordered the one in pink and adore it so far; it's neither a child's toy nor a mobility scooter as some tend to think, though as you stated, both younger and older folks would be able to enjoy it. I'm not much of a speed demon though, so this is quite perfect for me; I appreciate the control I have of the pace with the ability to switch speed tiers.

It's gorgeous (lots of praise) but maximum 15km/hr. Doesn't the description claim it goes as fast as 22km/hr?

I just want a scooter that can handle the 4 seasons. This would become my main transportation and I need it to handle a rainy, wet day and a snowy day.
If you want a scooter for that reason this is not the right scooter for you

If you replace the seat for it with a seatylock bike seat, it should secure it, however if you don't want to spend as much, buy a kryptonite U lock.

How do I switch speed modes
Mine is flashing NFC and E with lights flashing I just opened it, what does this mean
I was hoping to get this one as I have knee issues, don't want a mobility scooter and this might be the way to go. I am hoping to use slow on sidewalk beside my husband or in malls and not get kicked out because it has 2 wheels vs 3 or 4 wheels! Has anyone had or used this scooter in this way? Feedback?

We purchased this Vivi 27.5” electric bike and a Tentaquil 26” electric bike for our 13 and 14 year olds. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxUiL0GnyDjP32RJdd660sP8mZk4CRLTCJ The Vivi was much easier to put together. With the Vivi, there was a video link to assist with assembly which made the process easier to follow (we did put the handlebars on upside down, but it was a quick and easy fix). With the Tentaquil, the assembly was not as simple to follow, but after we messaged the company for an assembly video, it was easier and they did respond quickly. The other major differences were that the Vivi has a grip throttle on the right handle (like a motorcycle) and the Tentaquil has a push throttle that you use your thumb to activate. The monitors were also different, so if you’re looking for something specific in terms of changing the bikes functions, pay attention to what the monitor offers. We were really impressed with the overall quality and functionality of both bikes, but if you’re looking for more power and an easier assembly, definitely go with the Vivi!

Well if you're in Canada you can only expect to ride your scooter during certain seasons... lol. I got one here in Toronto and it works just fine. Of course I'll only be using it until it starts snowing...

I've watched a few of your review videos, you mention the top speed, and what speed you get, but never mention what you weigh for comparison. I'm 6ft and 220+lbs I need a scooter that will pull my ass around town at speed lol. But still the best reviews of e scooter e bike or otherwise.
I am 5' 3" at 234lbs. I am over the limit and it works fine with me.
