      In my village in Mbaise, not Owerri, there is one of the best hotels in SE. And you can't get a room if you don't book ahead of time. As of two years ago( when I was home last) a room was 50ka night. There is no place in Igboland you put your business and it won't prosper. Why taste the risk?

You need to go look at the biggest list of companies and combined players in all the different industries in Nigeria, find out the owners to understand the people with the economic power. You would find out that it is not Igbos and that is for certain.
      This is a lovely hotel and very well done. That is what is needed to be said.
      Some of you from the South East need to ease down with your ridiculous and unsubstantiated chest-beating claims of being better and superior. Worse is when data don't even back up these claims. Others are successful but don't make this much public boasts and be desperate to say they are better than everyone else.

My point is, if you build the castles the way you build roads without proper protocols and maintenance plan, your castles will look like your roads in a few years and if it collapses, do you have a plan to rescue people. You will probably blame your lack of planning and execution on your government and feel good about yourself.
