The owner of the hotel knows why he build that hotel in Lagos instead of southeast. Such luxury hotel cannot thrive in the southeast as per say. This five-star hotel is made for mostly wealthy to do people around the world, politicians, government agencies, drug barons and fraudsters who can afford to pay 10-30 thousand dollars for a night in such hotel. Secondly, there may be part owners or stake holders that come together to agree on the hotel location. Sometimes things are not really exactly as we think, only the owner of the hotel knows why he build his hotel in Lagos where he is sure to make his money back sooner instead of Anambra state where he came from. Now he has opened his mega hotel project, he will go back to his community and do the needful because you cannot have a mega project like this on hand and listening to your people's problems or community distractions. Is one at a time.

The insecurity in the east has a big part to play in the businessman’s decision, as money goes where it is best treated. The Governors in the East should look inwards and defend investment on three levels: Local, Nationally and Internationally. If Delborough was built in most parts of the South East in the current situation, unknown gunmen and “sit at home”, will kill the business.
More importantly. The east needs to be the manufacturing or assembly hub of the country to generate commerce and industry not just “hotel” everywhere.

He could invite all the top men and women from the entire regions of Nigeria is amazing, shows he could get them to come down to Orsu and build alllllllllll our roads, Orsu ihiteukwa, orsumenyi ihitenansa orlu town etc, if we completely build the best roads in these villages and towns, our heads would fall off.
