I don't think he is open minded. He may become open minded in future but presently he is just trying to pacify himself about being open-minded. Any unbiased reading of Quran will make any rational person realize the dangers of Islam. The evidence is all around us.

But again the question is Why we have to believe out of all the options, GOD (Allah) has sent down the QURAN.
      1. Challenge: Allah swt challenges in the Quran, no other being can produce even a single verse of Quran even they try to;
Quranic Verse : And if you are in doubt concerning that which We have sent down to our servant, then produce a chapter of the like." (2 23)
This Single Quranic verse dismisses ur entire logic that Quran was indeed sent down by the creator.
      2. All the scientific knowledge that is been present in the Quran, evolution of embryo, etc, ofc we will not dive into this much as the question of the hour is prove that this knowledge is from GOD.
      3. historic knowledge evidences : many historical knowledge findings were also recently discovered by mankind

It is so heart breakingly pathetic the depths our entire education system has sunk to, that you have adults otherwise claiming to being "educated" in the formal, twisted, convoluted sense of that term, who do not have the slightest understanding of the basic difference between a CLAIM and EVIDENCE. And this I can say with an ever strenghthening conviction being a teacher for 30 odd years in my interactions with even post grads, let alone students of lower denominations. And it is only getting worse with extreme rapidity with ever burgeoning religious obscurantism, amplified conspiracy theories thru the virus of antisocial media, moral policing, and the slow yet systematic subversion of the basic constitutional character of representative democracy centred around the separation of church and state. In all these decades seldom have I come across a student with even the most rudimentary skills of critical thinking, skepticism and rationality, so much so that before even touching any of the core subjects that I teach, I have made it mandatory for these unfortunate ones to learn the basic structure of logic so that they atleast have an escape route out of the hell hole that we call the Indian education system.

It was re compiled at the time of Usman..who was like 12 years after Prophet Muhammad, who was one of his companions into a single Arabic dialect and other dialects were destroyed to avoid inconsistencies. When u say compile, u mean that it was available in scattered form. The verses written on skin, wood, stones etc. It was compiled into a single book. 200 years later the book was being practised all over the muslim empires

Also that guy didn’t abolished any claims of the guy at all. He was dodging question how Quran or Muhammad could tell, the books before like bible contain contradictions.
Quran doesn’t contain any if you don’t include God, Angel, etc which science can’t prove.
Also humans can never travel back in time due to we posses mass. And if they did, surely they will not make a new religion. Now will they and won’t show anyone?
Some higher creatures than us could have told Muhammad?
Yes this one is correct as Angel Jibrel told Muhammad and told him knowledge of things he didn’t knew and told him future which was revealed to Jibrel by God.
He is correct atleast once but the entity have to be like us 3D or could it be higher dimension.

Without contradictions, a reader will not think, analyze and reflect on what is being said. In Bhagavat Gita Arjuna asks a direct question to Lord Krishna 'You sayings are contradictory and is confusing me [Chapter-3 Shloka-2]'. Then the Lord explains in detail about Karma and Jnana Yogas. If a scripture has no contradictions, it will not impart any knowlegde. I therefore disagree there is anything great about a book not containing contradictions.

Also all of the known to mankind contradict with their own words but Quran doesn’t and it’s a fact and prophet s.a.w predictions were true which have happened and ratio is? 100%. While others books you mentioned may don’t even have that 3%.

Why are they not seen now? Where are they and most probably explanation will be is that they will consider us as animals and will rule us.
BUT Quran tells this is word of God transmitted by Angel Jibrel and given to Muhammad s.a.w.
Thus you are to correct to say that Muhammad couldn’t knew it and someone told it and sure that someone who told Muhammad, he can tell that who told him and he mentioned Angel Jibrel and Angel are higher dimensional being and possessing immense knowledge and you can understand when they were created. They immediately realised that Allah/God created them and bow down their head and it’s Jibrel telling it himself.

      STOP MOCKING !
To address why the concept of "Satanic Verses" is not acceptable through a logical and theological perspective, it's essential to consider both the logical reasoning and Islamic principles. Here’s an in-depth analysis:
      ### **1. Theological Basis and Preservation of Revelation**
      **Theological Principle**:
      - **Divine Protection**: Islamic theology holds that the Quran is divinely protected from any error or corruption. This protection is outlined in the Quran itself.
      - **Surah Al-Hijr (15:9)**: “Indeed, it is We who sent down the Quran and indeed, We will be its guardian.” This verse assures that Allah has promised to safeguard the Quran from alterations or falsehood.
      **Logical Reasoning**:
      - **Consistency of Revelation**: The idea that Satan could have influenced the Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W.) to insert false verses contradicts the notion of divine omnipotence and protection. If such verses existed, it would imply a failure of divine protection, which is inconsistent with the Quran’s assurance.
      - **Prophet’s Integrity**: The Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W.) is considered the final prophet who conveyed Allah’s message faithfully. The concept of him unknowingly reciting or accepting false verses undermines his role and integrity as a messenger of God.
      ### **2. Understanding Abrogation (Naskh)**
      **Theological Principle**:
      - **Concept of Abrogation**: In Islamic jurisprudence, the concept of abrogation (Naskh) is acknowledged, where certain verses are superseded or replaced by others as per divine wisdom.
      - **Surah Al-Baqarah (2:106)**: “We do not abrogate a verse or cause it to be forgotten except that We bring forth one better than it or similar to it.”
      **Logical Reasoning**:
      - **Purpose of Abrogation**: Abrogation serves to clarify and adapt the message for changing circumstances, not to introduce falsehood. The idea of "Satanic Verses" suggests the insertion of false verses, which contradicts the concept of abrogation where divine wisdom guides changes, rather than error or falsehood.
      ### **3. Historical and Scholarly Consensus**
      **Historical Context**:
      - **Fabrications and Misinterpretations**: The notion of "Satanic Verses" largely arises from historical fabrications and misunderstandings. Reliable Islamic sources and historical records do not support the existence of such verses.
      **Scholarly Consensus**:
      - **Islamic Scholars**: Prominent Islamic scholars and historians have overwhelmingly rejected the "Satanic Verses" narrative as unfounded. The consensus is that the narrative is a misinterpretation or fabrication not supported by authentic sources.
      - **Sahih Hadith**: Authentic Hadith literature, including collections such as Sahih al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim, does not contain evidence supporting the "Satanic Verses" incident.
      ### **4. Quranic Integrity and the Role of the Prophet**
      **Theological Principle**:
      - **Prophet’s Role**: The Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W.) was chosen by Allah to deliver the final and complete message. His role was to convey the divine revelations accurately without alteration.
      - **Surah Al-Ahzab (33:40)**: “Muhammad is not the father of any one of your men, but the Messenger of Allah and the Seal of the Prophets.”
      **Logical Reasoning**:
      - **Final Revelation**: As the final revelation, the Quran is seen as complete and unalterable. The integrity of the message is paramount, and the concept of “Satanic Verses” undermines this fundamental principle by suggesting that falsehood could be part of the revelation.
      ### **5. Theological Consistency**
      **Theological Principle**:
      - **Divine Wisdom and Justice**: Allah’s actions and commands are consistent with divine wisdom and justice. Introducing falsehood and then correcting it would be inconsistent with divine justice and wisdom.
      **Logical Reasoning**:
      - **Divine Plan**: If the Quran had false verses, it would imply a failure in Allah’s divine plan. The Quran is meant to be a guidance for all time, and the concept of false verses contradicts this purpose.
      ### **Summary**
The concept of "Satanic Verses" is rejected based on several logical and theological grounds:
      1. **Divine Protection**: The Quran is protected by divine decree, and the idea of false verses undermines this protection.
      2. **Purpose of Abrogation**: Abrogation serves a different purpose than introducing falsehood, which is not supported by Islamic principles.
      3. **Historical and Scholarly Consensus**: The narrative of "Satanic Verses" is not supported by authentic Islamic sources and has been rejected by scholars.
      4. **Prophet’s Integrity**: The Prophet Muhammad’s (S.A.W.) role as the final messenger necessitates the accurate transmission of divine revelations.
      5. **Theological Consistency**: The concept of false verses is inconsistent with divine wisdom and justice.
By addressing these points, one can understand why the "Satanic Verses" narrative does not hold up under scrutiny from both a theological and logical perspective.

The Qur'an proves people invent their own gods to match their sociopolitical needs.
The simplest explanation for how the Qur'an - or any other ancient text - has things in it that people could not have known is that it didn't, and the evidence for that is nobody explaining it that way until after it became known.
Before it became known, it was understood in a completely different way.

In fact most of these religions became popular because of their tribal nature. People didn't really read the books and it is even true today. Number of Muslims who know what Quran says would be less than 0.1%. For Hindus the number is even lesser for their so-called religious books. The man who rides a bicycle has experienced the bike, and is so much more at an advantage than those who know about bikes, but have never ridden one. The same is true with God. We can only experience God and such is in Spirit. Relationship with Him is in Spirit and such is true life. He gives to us, and such a relationship is now on His terms which is faith. Without faith, we can only pretend to know Him on our terms. All the theology, all the scriptures, all our isms and philosophies, all the debate, all our knowledge is but of the human mind and that is not true life. Scripture becomes of great value if God energises such with His life as we read. No scripture can prove the existence of God, indeed no worldly metric can prove (or disprove) who He is, as He is Absolute. Debate about Him , in the end, goes nowhere, save to establish our own misconceptions. The only way is to know Him is in faith, which is a gift from God.

I think caller is in the exploring phase now. It's a good thing. So my suggestion to caller is, first measure your moral ground, I mean where do you stand as a human, let's find out first. For example, if all knowing god said you to kill someone if someone just criticize him what would you do? If someone draw a cartoon about your prominent religious figure what would you do? In your eyes where your wife or women in general stands? Should they have equal rights as man or they can be just treat as child producing 'agricultural land'? What women or anyone should wear, eat? Would you like some intervention from your country about those topics (e.g what you can wear & eat)? Do you like diversity? Would you like if government would treat you differently based on your religion & if your not from their favorite religion would you agree to become second class?.............After finding the answer about these question then read Quran. Look there how a non Muslim is treated there, how a entity who creates the universe reacts to human criticism, Look how women is treated etc.....Then ask yourself if truly omnipotent being who created the whole universe, every star, every planet, every dust & debris can think this narrowly?

Evidence can be multifold - as simple as - look around you and name something that came into existence by itself .... and could be as nuanced as the Qur'an and its miraculous nature. What Vimoh saying about the documented structure is all BS without specifics. God exists because the Qur'an says He exists. The Qur'an makes claims about itself and about God, those should have been discussed. I would encourage Vimoh to read the Qur'an and then probably discuss on the specifics.

    • @mhmmdmz
      @mhmmdmz 8 месяцев назад

The argument the other guy was making was perhaps - Qur'an exists - it's a uniquely patterned book that has been incredibly preserved and has no contradictions. It was revealed to a man who known to be trustworthy in his community (as per historical accounts that aren't Muslim) and couldn't read or write. So either he copied it, came up with it on his own or someone gave it to him who wasn't known to the people then (else they would've all believed) ... and you can build the argument from there on.

It always amazes me that most Indian people are ready to believe anything on the grounds of such flimsy facts. Most people don't understand the absolute rigor that is necessary in academic setting to present any claim as fact. They think hearsay and third/fourth person accounts written hundreds of years ago can be accepted as fact

It’s true for any religious community from all countries not just India. Indians can be atheist and secular humanist who believe in rationals vimoh is one of them. You should have used the word religion not Indian. Indian is means people or citizen of India. who can be Hindus, Muslims, Jains, Buddhist, Christians, Parsi ( zoroasters which I am pretty sure you have non in your area ) ( we have the second largest population of Muslims and one of the largest Christian population in the world entire north east is Christian). Don’t confuse Indian word with a religion just shows your ignorance. Now waiting for you you edit your comment or make a comeback. Cheers mofo.

Please don’t tell me the origin of the word is actually Greek cause you didn’t know it even.

I have used Indians here because that is my primary experience being Indian myself, those are the group of people I know most about and I primarily associate/concern myself with. Apart from India I have lived in United States for over a decade and I can claim to know United States and its people as well to a certain extent but my formative years were spent in India and hence my thoughts by default are from an Indian perspective
I agree that religious people from all country will behave and think in such biased manner. However, here we are not talking about an exclusively religious person. The concerned individual in the above video claims that he is trying to learn about all religions and trying to find truth in his own way. Such people need to be more thorough and vigilant in their analysis if they want to seek truth
Apart from this I still stand by the fact that most Indians are really shallow in their arguments and don't really understand the difference between facts and opinions. I can say this with more confidence after having lived in United States and having had countless discussion on religious topics with people here in United States. Not saying that people in United States are 100% rational in their approach in fact they are far from it but there is more general awareness of difference between fact and opinions and the level discussion is not so unsophisticated. For example, people don't call someone motherfucker because they don't like their opinion.
