    Hello sir, thank you for explaining in detail the basic movements in taekwondo and especially in Poomse. I saw a question of yours on RUclips, I am writing it as a comment because I could not find it. Could you add to your explanations WHY we do the techniques? Because, in fact, if we learn HOW to do the movements, but also learn WHY we do it (even if it is animated, of course, it would be great), I think that both the permanence of poomsees and the interest they receive will increase.

    Hi. I know this question is not related to this video but can you please help me with this?.. How can i keep my legs straight when i kick?.. like all the joints??? Should i master full split or crack my bones??.. Pls reply me asap

    Back stance! Back stance! I suck at Taeguk 3 when it comes to executing it (back stance) and then also transitioning into it from the opposite long stance!
