Watching this video really shows how far you’ve come, Hemingway! It’s still a great video- but your new ones are a whole different animal. Gorgeous, smooth… perfect. You should be so proud!
I've just hit that "like" button again. I am really enjoying your fountain pen reviews and pen-related content. The Liliput is such a cute little pen and your writing sample was excellent. I might have to add this pen to my ever-growing wish list. Thanks for a great review.
Owning the copper Liliput myself, I actually adore the fact that it rolls. This way it calls for my attention from time to time and I need to take care of it by keeping it tidy in my leather pen case. I find this quite endearing. Greetings from Germany
I love my little green aluminum Liliput. For Christmas I got myself another pen the same size, the ēnsso XS Minimalist Pocket Pen in sandblasted titanium. It has a pull cap which makes it handier for quick notes.
Hi Tim This video turned up on my phone this morning, so even though I recently bought a Liliput secondhand, I watched it. I have to say I loved this video, both the structure and the content. I am so glad it appeared on my phone this morning and that I took the time to watch it.❤
Hello and thanks so much for watching this one! I forgot about this one. It was early early on! I was editing on my iPad then. Thanks for giving it some liove and congratulations on a great pen.
Because of this excellent rewiew i purchased exactly this pen. The pen ia amazing. But for my writing experience i changed the nib Info one in size B. Now the pen works perfekt for me. Thank you for your very interesting rewiews and please excuse my bad english, because i am writing from germany
Your English is perfect. Thank you for the kind comment. I am so glad that you like this pen. It’s with me always. It’s my back-up pen. Warm regards and please do stop by again.
nice review! appreciate all the footage and enjoyed the different locations. i confess: i'm not the hugest fan of Kaweco, but admittedly, i've only used the sport. one day in the future i may have to pick up this pen or perhaps the brass sport !
Thanks very much! I appreciate it. Kaweco is so unique that they are kind of their own thing. I love the Brass Sport, but admit that it is a heavy pen. Still, it’s fun. The Liliput is such a great EDC pen and it’s amazing that I can carry it and not even feel it. Nothing else compares. Amazing. Glad you like the content and thanks!
I was sceptical of the Sport at first, as well, but the brass Sport is amazing! It feels like a warm, safe tool when using it. The metal Liliput (I just used the copper one for now) feels very high quality while being quite elegant and not as chunky as the Sport.
@@frixhax9069 I agree. I just did a review of the Liliput. I have really fallen for Kaweco. The Brass Sport just grows on you and the Liliput seemed comical at first and now it is always with me. All the best.
Hi, thanks for the inspiring review ! I fell into the same trap with the clip, but really if You put it onto the cap instead of the barrel it sits nice and tight !
Question…does the nib on the liliput screw off or just friction fit? I just want to make sure that I remove it correctly for when I need to clean. Some video shows them pulling it out, and your video explains that you can just screw in/out. What’s the correct way?
@@HemingwayJonesthanks for the response--I've since cleaned out the nib and syringed a new ink--noodlers (sequoia green). Follow-up question: How many times do you re-use the cartridge before the bore wears out since its a friction fit. I'm always worried about keeping it sealed and not find my pen flooded out? Somebody said they do around 10 but I'm sure its all anecdotal but would love to hear your thoughts. Thanks!
You had the clip on the wrong end of the pen, that’s why it was slipping off. You are supposed to put it on the cap which is the fatter side. You had it on the body of the pen which is the skinny side.
New subscriber here. Really enjoy your content. How would you compare the MEDIUM nib of the Liliput to the MEDIUM nib of the Mont Blanc 149? Are they similar in font thickness, smoothness, etc.? Thanks!
Thank you very much for the kind note. That is an interesting comparison. I would say that the Kaweco nib is slightly wider. It just feels that way to me. All the best!

Thanks Man! This is one of the first. I should revisit that pen. It fills an interesting place in a collection. Thanks for watching so many!
Another great video! I love the cowboy hat. I’d like to see a video of your ink collection and your favorites and least favorites!
Thanks very much for the kind words! That is a great idea for a video. I’l get on it. Thanks very much!

Thank you very much! I appreciate your kind comments. The Liliput is pretty great. It’s a lot of pen in a very small package.

Great video! You may not that be famous yet on RUclips, but the way you review a pen really stands out from the rest. .
Thank you very much! I appreciate that. Wishing you all the best.

It should screw out and easily. Kaweco nibs are super easy to switch. Good luck.

I use them for a while. I never really counted. The ones I use and reuse cartridges for though, I use less frequently. @@christianmotos
Nice vid, I like the numerous asides that were shared..😊
Thank you!
Can we see a review of the Supra?
I may do that sometime. I’d like to get back into Kaweco. Thanks for watching this. This was one of my first videos.
@@HemingwayJones Yup, love the playful beginning too!
Thanks!
Is the pen magnetic?
Not this one. Thanks!

Nice review, but I think you have the wrong clip. I have 2 of the pens with the correct size clip for them and the clips are held tight and snug.
He didn’t put the clip on the cap like your supposed to. He had it on the wrong side of the pen.

Thanks so much for the kind words. I do often have too much stuff in there.
