This is just a salary slip portion, allowances are there which can give you an edge over any private job and don't forget its status and reputation . I have seen ppl dont care much even if u are working at any big MNC but if you are working with gov organisation then suddenly they start noticing u
Sir I think you missed the actual reason behind why the salary growth is low. The salary after 5 years will be much more than what you have said, since every 5 years there is a settlement and the Basic increases by a large margin. And with the basic, every other salary component changes. Also the DA increases which you have not considered.

In the previous video titled exact per month salary with Allowances of a RBI grade b officer, you told that net salary is ₹98786 (within few mins of the start of that video).
Now in this video, you have told that the net salary of a new joineee Rbi grade B officer is ₹ 76067.
Could you pls clarify the reason behind this difference.

Sir, but in that video, you have firstly told the net income of ₹98786 and then you have added petrol allowance, maid allowance and other monthly allowances to it.

Yes in that income tax is not deducted in salary slip because sometimes employees give self declaration of various tax saver schemes so income tax is not get deducted in salary slip

allowance mein vhi lagta hay, ekk gst inspector ka take home pay 74k hota hay aur inka 76k.
