Yes apart from the medical allowance, you will get full reimbursement of your hospital bills. 75000 HRA nehi hai, woh lease hai jo sabko nhi milta .. agar apka khud ka ghar hai to apko HRA milega ( 15% of basic) and , RBI agar quarters provide karte hai to hra and lease nhi milega ,,, and agar apka ghar vee nhi hai and quarters vee available nhi hai to Lease le sakte ho aap (75000per month)

tax deducted is only on the salary and monthly allowances, all the other yearly or quarterly components like lfc, furniture allw are separately taxable which will be taxed at 30%.

bro thats not how you calculate income tax , everything you did till 30% rule was correct but the correct way is for first 10 lakhs , the income tax will be 1,12,500, and for rest 7,30,088 it will be 30% ie 219026.4 final tax will be 219026.4+1,12,500= 331526.4/12= 28000 per month + some another cess charges and all. make it near 32k per month as approximate
