One thing I do to confuse YT and keep them from recommending all kinds of stuff to me is tap the 3 dots then say, “I’m not interested” or “Don’t recommend this channel”. It helps to cut down a lot on me getting caught in the YT rabbit hole. 4. You can set time limit notifications to help you out on all SM sites. Ok I know that was a lot, but I just wanted to share some easy ways to be involved in SM if you want but still limit their “control”.

I am African American woman supervisor and I have more issues with my fellow African American women in my unit then others. It's crazy to me especially when I first got promoted, it was almost like they were out to get me. Going to my manager to report me and openly defying my instructions. It took almost 2 years to get these women to be at least civil.
