Yeah i dont get it either, why to make that arrangement i nthe first place at all if he didnt knew the outcome before hand. Would have been cool to send them to war or something.
I get what you are saying but um do we need to call the children chicks. Is this auto translate? If you call a person by an animal like term you need to make sure they deserve it. It's like you called the kids lesser by calling them animals. Bad
@nicodives1974 UNLEASH THE WEREDOGS OF WARRRR but also if your sons in law were crazy strong, they could eat the energy of enemy soldiers or criminals and protect your country 🤔 but also if that dog was not a demon but a divine beast, maybe ask the gods what to do instead of going crazy?
@aaronnava2985 translation error, I think, but is Chick 🐥 an insult where you're from? I've been called chickadee because I'm very small, and my boss says I sound chirpy when I talk 😗🐦🎶
idk about this shows exact interpretation but i know the og story its based off of! she was supposed to remain virginal as she was a shrine maiden ish deal on top of being the princess, and was only supposed to take care of the dog god as her husband in all other aspects. cook, clean, bathe, housekeep. and also in the og story she never did sleep with him, though she did fall in love with him i believe? but yeah it was a form of miraculous conception and there is versions where she directly had the children and theres other versions i think the og version they didn't let the babies be born they deleted her via impromptu c section and it showed nothing was there, the 8 souls flowed out and reincarnated at the same time and all of the siblings find each other in a big long tale, they all have dog like names i just dont remember the name of the tale
what a waste, why he gave his daughter to the dog if it wasnt to make super human hybrids? Feed them criminals or send them to war to feed on enemies. The premise is too dumb.
Not only, but... a white and? Like seriously NOTHING in that initial plotting say that doggo and this wife having phantom/magical traits and/or curses. Why human-canine hybrids needs be feeds by people's essence by default?
To explain... this story is an adaptation of a novel about a princess named Fuse. The reason (in the movie) is that the emperor promises her hand in marriage to whoever can bring back the head of the general. The dog brings the head back, and so she marries the dog. In the novel, it's a bit more complicated. The dog is actually possessed by the spirit of the wife that the patriarch of the Satomi clan killed even though he said he would spare her. The wife curses the Satomi to become like dogs, i.e. attached to earthly desires which is against Buddhism. The wife then possesses a male dog that is adopted by the Satomi. Fuse is Satomi's daughter. Satomi king makes a deal that Fuse will marry the dog if it will kill the enemy general, and he is forced to keep his word. Fuse is magically impregnated. She tries to commit suicide but is brought back to life with magic beads, and the 8 large beads have the virtues written on them. After Fuse cuts open her wound, revealing she is not truly pregnant (magic escapes from her womb instead) she dies again and the 8 magic beads descend from the mountain to become the 8 dog warriors.
Fuse: memoirs of a Huntress One of if not my favorite anime movies of all time. The colors and animation were beautiful. But the subtle hints to Shino's real secret and the MCs growth throughout the film was great. I did read the manga, but Shino isnt a big heart throb there as he is seen here. The ending is kind of sad and up in the air. With remarks its to let the reader finish their story. They sold a special edition DVD release in Japan I paid a good $35 for plus shipping to get here in the US. It had beautiful box art and a art book that came with it. The movie wasnt much a flop in the Japan as it was the US. Overall I would say it was an awesome movie if you like sappy, playful, youthful romance without being too pushy about it. This movie was a work of art. For those wondering, it's about a Huntress who is raised in the mountains hunting for a living with a wacky gun. She travels to the city to stay with her Brother. She doesn't know how to read or write, but knows how to hunt and track. At the same time, performers come into the city to perform their show. Of the original high society dog people, he's the last one to remain. With them being hunted down one by one for a prize. Shino of course gets close to our heroine and there are signs of his own secret. So she's hunting basically him, but she has no idea the entire time.
Japan always has the weirdest romance stories LMAO they have that legend where soulmates who can't be together in the next life are reincarnated as brother and sister so they will never have to be a part again. That's why there's so much uhhh complicated family relationship romances in anime 😂 and this is based on a real Legend in Japan about a woman who married a dog and gave birth to werewolves and that's where werewolves come from. 😂
The princess was obviously living out some twisted kink she already had. Just because the king was required to marry his daughter to a dog because of a stupid decree he made doesn't mean that she had to spread her legs and get plowed by it. All she had to do was put it outside like you would any other dog. Chain it to a fence post on a night with subzero temperatures and that's the end of that arranged marriage. Instead, she decides to have a litter of puppies. "Shit, sorry dad, I guess it was colder outside than I thought last night. Fido didn't make it. Think you can rustle me up a human husband this time, or better yet, think I could just find one myself?" I realize it's fiction and a dog can't actually knock up a human anyway, but it's disgusting, even in anime.
You pick the son in law, and get upset at the children born from the arrangement you made? Wow dude.
Yeah i dont get it either, why to make that arrangement i nthe first place at all if he didnt knew the outcome before hand. Would have been cool to send them to war or something.

is the premise dumb or is the king dumb? Irl people (especially people in power) can be like that. Making things difficult for no reason.
"Memoirs of a Hunter Girl" not the princess and the pilot
Thank you
The name of the movie is Fuse
Princess and the pilot is a different movie
Exactly
It is based off a famius Japanese novel.
Fuse: memoirs of a Huntress

You mean within the first minute? Yeah, pretty sure the King was snorting Coke when he came up with that idea
It's actually based on a Japanese Edo-period novel called "The Story of the Eight Dog Warriors".
The princess was obviously living out some twisted kink she already had.
