I’m quite curious to see how Part 2 of the final season will have dealt with the utter mess that the manga derailed into during the last quarter, because it’s easy to tell that Paru was dragging as she approached the end and the final stretch before the ending was rushed as hell and not executed very well. That last year or so of serialized publication was evidently very rough on her and unfortunately the quality of the story’s writing suffered for it. There were so many plots and characters that had potential and were actually quite interesting, but they unfortunately went nowhere and were discarded into the ether almost immediately because Paru came up with all of this stuff in the final arc faster than she had time to adequately resolve them with the remaining chapters. That's not even getting into all the random, insane off the wall stuff which feels as though she was just throwing whatever at the wall to see what stuck which was hardly anything long term. Things just got to where it felt too over the top ridiculous which clashed quite heavily with the more realistic feeling that the earlier arcs carried up to a certain point. I think the anime will have handled things better in that regard, because there’s just no way the Orange crew looked at the utter mess that the manga derailed into near the end and deemed that acceptable to adapt as is.
Well, they've clearly done a little bit of rewriting. It seems like they might be tying Melon into the Bloodbone storyline, possibly? Looking forward to see how it all goes together in the end. They said they were doing a new storyline, so hopefully they tighten things up some. Maybe part one only gets us up to Legosi and Melon at the beach, and part two picks up with, like, Deshico or something.
@DanielHamelVoiceovers Also, it took Studio Orange a lot longer to produce the final season (three years) as compared to Seasons 1 and 2. I think a big part of that may have been to fix a good deal of the writing issues and other things that plagued the final quarter of the manga. I'm also definitely looking forward to whatever they've possibly changed and rewritten for the better.
So, at least we know we'll get to see Legosi stare down Sebun's coworkers, plus the drinking scene happens at a park bench instead of on the condo roof.
They could theoretically do some Beast Complex or omake things, too. Sort of like how Dorohedoro did a couple of the little side comics as limited-animation shorts.
I’m so happy to see beastars content in 2024
Looking forward to the final season!
@ me too
Thanks for making this there isn’t many Beastars content so this is awesome
Thanks! I'm a huge nerd, but it was fun to do.
I hope they show the restoration ceremony between Haru and our big lovable wolf.
Thank you for breaking this down I just hope I see leanno legoshi mother's body figure when he has that outer body experience
Yeah, we'll see what happens in the scene after the mask party.

I think Erik Voss should hire this guy for New Rockstar's he seems to respect them enough!!!
🐺🐰🍜
I love Erik and Jessica! Obviously I watch them a lot!
@DanielHamelVoiceovers Me too!!! As a fellow New Rockstars fan I think you did your video very wonderfully! Keep up the good work 👏
If this is the final season, I guess it's safe to say that it will still live on in the furry pages.

@@DanielHamelVoiceovers I was just telling a joke, just so you know.
