I'd been hoping for some rewrites but I didn't know there was anything supporting that so I'm glad you brought it up. I also recently tried to find the corresponding manga panels for these shots in the trailer and it looks like we had some pretty similar ideas. I made a post on reddit highlighting most of the panels (I had to cutout some like the coffee cup and books because there were too many images on the post) I found which I'll link below if youtube will let me. I wasn't sure about many of them but I did find some that lined up with the lion scene and the bridge scene.
There was a tweet or something from Studio Orange ages ago that talked about "a new storyline" for s3, and then Paru made that tweet about doing writing for the Beastars anime, so I'm thinking that there'll be some rewrites just to tighten things up, cut some of the nonsense, and maybe make the ending a little more coherent. There are a lot of scenes that could be the one with Jinma, I just couldn't nail it down to something conclusive. I'm excited for the new season, though! Can't wait to see Gosha's full model!
@@DanielHamelVoiceovers Yeah I'm really excited too. I've really been hoping for some rewrites since, despite how much I love this show, I get really bothered by its dumb plot points at times. I was at least hoping that Orange would cut out the unnecessary stuff like the game show thing in the black market, all of the Kyuu stuff, and many others (like the last fight tournament whatever you want to call it) but having them rewrite new stuff in it's place or alter it to a point where it makes sense would be so much better (except for the Kyuu stuff there's no saving that). I also can't wait to hear all the new music for this season! They've done such a good job with the soundtrack and I'm pretty excited about these new tracks. Also I forgot to say this originally but good job on the video, you did great.
The prospect of season 3 having better writing and scene changes makes me excited because the manga, without spoiling anything, did end....interestingly.
As a Beastars super manga fan I am sooooo hyped to see the 3rd season animated!!!
