Love it. Simplistic, yet well thought out….rustic and loads of wood. Exactly the type of camper I’d love to build. The challenge is I need to find space for two children to sleep.
Simple solution is a pop up and use a solar set up that will fit that. This also has a 3x3 inflatable awning for racing/holidays that has an additional 3 man tent that zips into one of the sides. Gives the setup 4 times the space and privacy for adults inside when children are in bed… 👌🏼
Hi i am new to your Chanel. i like your van It is very beautiful and organised . I hope one day find the courage to do the same it is my dream . I hope you have a great life. experience!😊 Greetings from Greece❤
Very clever and creative, I love the natural wood cabinets, looks heavy though! I was thinking about getting an early Sprinter, 02 to 06 plate. I understand that the later Sprinters are problematic. I am 6'2 and was wondering if there's enough head height after conversion?
@@Semi0ffGrid7 Just posted another video which I talk about height in briefly. It’s actually 6’ standing room and 18” from the top of the mattress to the ceiling over the bed. I went earlier sprinter for the shape of the tailgate and garage size. More recent ones have too many electrics for me too. Oldschool is more reliable!!
It’s an Outbacker stove, they make a lot of different models and styles. I’ve had this a few years so not sure what they offer now but love this one! 🙏🏼
@@maryjanehorseman5424 Yes, see more recent video where I do show/mention the fact it hasn’t been finished yet 😅 Shower is next to the log burner and opposite the kitchen 😉
The burner’s from Outbacker, they do a lot of different options! The shower/toilet is to the side of the burner opposite the sink but isn’t finished off yet and had dog stuff and muddy riding gear in so edited that bit out 🤣 Off memory it’s a 680mm square shower tray. The main thing with the build is weight, I didn’t have to worry as it’s rated to 4.6 tonnes.
@@Joe-yo1tm Mould? No not at all, where would you expect mould? Shower area I assume? With anything building wise, it’s all about ventilation, there’s no vapour barrier so nowhere for damp to hide/form. It’s also heavily insulated. Wind deflectors up front so always have the front windows down and the extractor fan at the rear is above the bed giving constant fresh air. In winter I use the burner over the night heater, it’s free but also a lot cleaner, fresher air and circulates so much better. The cold snaps at -2°c outside it’s been 25°c inside with the roof vent open. 🙏🏼
Wow, super great build, all included. Love the table leg, very oriiginal idea. Nice job!
