So many ideas, so many lessons! Dearest Luise, you have inspired me! I am also moving. I'm going to make a moving journal! During the move, I will have very little access to crafting materials for about 6 months. You have shown me how to survive this! I can find so many items to create, stamp, glue and add to my new journal! Not everyone can see what you see. Keep exploring, trying new things and sharing with us. Hugs from the Pacific Northwest, USA. ❤🤗

Aww, thanks for the sweet words and all the best - including strong nerves - for your move!! Don't be as stupid as I am, grab a few essential things, put them into an extra box so that you can always find them and then make your own move journal! I'm sure you'll find weird and interesting things as well!

This is so very creative and thinking outside the box! Its not weird at all. 8n fact, I think it shows those who can't afford stamps, how to be innovative with things around the house and yard! 😊❤

As always, PERFECTION! (I can use that word as an avid consumer of your products and videos for many years!) I’m gobsmacked that you’re able to continue to create fabulous content amidst a life-changing move plus all the extra annoyances that’s come with the renovation. You genius woman!! Sending lots of love and positive vibes from the US. 😍

I am understanding and enjoying this. I don’t have much money or experience with junk journal. You are helping me to create by using what I can find and make my brain become more creative. Thank you. When I am able to buy more inks and “crafting tools” I will but you’ve shown me that I can REALLY use my brain and what I have. I feel included in this junk journal world.❤❤

The reason I especially enjoyed this video is because I was given a medicine in my early adult life that did a bad thing to the nerves in my arms. I have tremors. If I am setting still gazing out on the world my arms are mostly still. When I intend to do something with fine motor skills, my arms jerk uncontrollably, then are still then jerk some more. Painting things with "junk" seems to be right up my alley. Junk makes its own weird shapes so maybe my jerks and jitters wouldn't hang out like a red button on navy blue fabric. Thanks for being bold and using your ideas on video!!

There doesn’t have to be some special reason for making such stuff. It would be fun just playing with “junk” just to see what shapes could be made. Your creations are amazing! What a fun way to play. Now, I will see objects differently now. Thanks, our clever and creative junk journaling artist!

I find that you are one of the most wildly creative people I have ever watched. You have a child-like wonder of discovering new things. I love what you do. I am much more left-brained and struggle to get creativity past that ingrained rigidity. I like the fact that you are always trying new things, just to see what happens. Louise you are one of the artsiest people I know here in our RUclips Junk Journaling Community … not everyone has to get your self expression on every project, we all express our creativity in our own way. I would like to think that most people questioning your concept are new to mix media and just trying to wrap her head around the why. This video is a great example of true junk journaling/art journaling, using actual junk and found items. We all have our own version of what a junk journal is and have different ways of using them. This makes me want to head to my own art room and experiment with my supplies.

I’m taking a mini break from making videos after completing the 100mday project … but every day is an art room day. I too have been a mix media artist for decades, but just have a special interest in junk journaling right now and I do that over on the eclectic cottage channel. Happy weekend, my artsy friend.

Luise I think that this has been my favourite series and journal yet.
I love that it is following your journey and is using real found artefacts. I think it shows a real connection to your heart through your Art and is forcing you to be even more creative and inventive because you truly have limited supplies. If you go back to the apartment before the renovation is finished look for things like tile spacers, or plaster tape,
I would LOVE to see these florals as a digital.

Much like the splatter stamps, these prints look like sumi-e painting. Very zen. With screw heads and bolts and dots your design evolves into something rather Bohemian. Or contemporary Folk art. Many of us love this kind of irregular stamping. Perhaps you can have these designs made into rubber stamps. Immortalize your painted thumb and pointer finger with bolt in a rubber stamp. You turned 43 this year: a magical age and Mr Rogers favorite number. It means "Love You." I'll let you figure out the math. Love your art. Especially your architectual constructions.
As I'm writing this, you are talking about having digital prints. I'm a little behind in computer possibilities. Thought I'd mention that as you and I are on the same plane when it comes to coincidences.

Everybody isn't going to get what you are doing. To me, that black and white picture turned out really interesting. I liked that the images looked like abstract flowers. And the 2nd one looked like a landscape with mountains and small houses with tall trees in the foreground. Some people can be closed minded and just can't see your vision. That's ok if others do not "get it". I enjoy watching you create and bring out new and different ideas to add to my creativity. Also, I think that using twine of varied thickness, dipped in paint and pulled across your page, would make for an interesting image. Keep being an inspiration to exploring new ideas and creative discoveries. You are an inspiration. Keep sharing with us your vision and good luck with your move to the new apartment. ❤

I think the difference between using your objects to make this abstract art is the story/meaning behind the objects, which in turn makes this "art" as opposed to "craft"
"art" in my eyes carries a message, for the artist, or the audience, and it can be clear, obscure or left for interpretation, even no message can be purposeful. Craft, is just pretty things. I love that you've used these objects, and the "why" behind them ❤❤❤

They are uhm….words just can’t say how fond I am of them and especially because of the process you’re going through and the meaning behind what they are created from…just Wow! I love this journey you are sharing with all of us and how you explain they why and the purpose of what you are doing really resonates with me. You’re extremely talented and gifted in your art and so fun to watch as you create. Thank you so much for sharing this whole experience through your eyes for us. Oh your statement oh how you and Barbra’s brains work differently when creating is very interesting….I’m like Barbara in that I can’t really envision where I’m going and the path to that finished project. So fun and imaginative! When I started out collage/junk journaling I bought a lot of materials from craft stores and Amazon, but having a lot didn’t spark creativity-it just felt chaotic and overwhelming. (When I see videos of those IKEA-furnished craft rooms that look like supply stores I don’t know how people can get creative there!) This is so amazingly super cool! Pop Art flowers made from souvenirs of your construction site! And I really hope PMS artist studio creates some stencils & stamps based on these. I know that kind of defeats the purpose of the uniqueness of each, but maybe stamps could be multi-sided or a set made up of elements like you have here, so we can DIY our own flowers from the set. Yes we can find our own stuff to play with (& I definitely will), but what you’ve made are just that awesome.

Love your creativity using found objects from your construction site. We have a business shop and I will be looking for smaller different items from now on for abstract nature items! You have given me idea(s) for a different style nature journal! Thank you!

This is fascinating! I love hearing your thoughts while watching your process. I am about to scavenge for found objects to do this, too. Thank you so very much for, once again, broadening my creative horizons!!!

So fun and creative. I love it. I saw an Instagram reel yesterday where someone made what they called a "bundle" where they took a bunch of papers and rusty bits and sprayed it with something and tied it all up in a cloth to sit and color the papers. Interesting. I didn't follow the account to see the result though. But I thought of you and your rusty screws when I watched it 😂.

I love your abstract flowers, great idea. I made a paper I call Heinzl Holtz. Simular to your abstract black lines leaves and Holtz fabric your spine papers. I'm basic lines, color in. But I'll certainly now try hand at your current flowers. Very nice. Take care, be safe.

I don't know how you think of these ideas but linking physical items about your move is a great way to create memories. The leaves you made with the plastic strip made me wonder if i could try doing two sides to make feathers..?? Thanks for the inspiration!

I am a story time teacher at my library and your flowers remind me of Dr. Seuss plants. They are wonderful. I wonder if you have Dr. Seuss in German, I think so-Green eggs and ham and books like that. Not sure how you can create new kits, make journals and videos while you are moving. Moving is horrible even if the result is good.
