ABC 5 has the reputation of having religious bumpers during its early years. That's because Imelda Cojuangco, the mother of Tonyboy Cojuangco is a known Marian devotee and one of the benefactors of the Family Rosary Crusade. I remember one particular bumper about what people are doing during one whole day, while a telephone is ringing. The last lines are "Dial His mother's number. It would only take you 15 minutes, to thank Him." Then during the closing credits of their programming, it would end with the lines "The family that prays together stays together." Nowadays, the last words on the closing credits of different programs is "To God Be the Glory". Also, unlike other TV networks in the country, ABC 5 don't usually air Sunday Masses. Live Masses are usually during feast days of the Blessed Virgin Mary until 2004.

@@IoannesMarcus16 Another fact, the live Sunday Masses that aired on ABC 5 during Tonyboy Cojuangco, would be presided by then-Lipa Archbishop Ramon Arguelles, just like Bishop Nes Ongtioco who would often preside in The Healing Eucharist of ABS-CBN.

And I thought this was exclusively used in ABC 5 back then but it appeared in FRC Holy Week showed on Channel 2. AFAIK, it's the Coral Rose color that was used instead of orange but with the Zoom-Out version's "The family that prays together, stays together" card was used. The music was also Monteverdi's Magnificat instead of the Te Deum version.

No, this particular one picks up exactly just before the program starts. I do have a ton of bumpers from ABC 5 to the point that I have enough for multiple 9-minute superpacks, lol.

Too bad ABC/TV5 withdrew from Family Rosary Crusade when Tonyboy Cojuangco took over. Unlike Channel 5 who ditched it completely
