  • Go back in time to the Wild Wild West TV series of the 1960s with these amazing goofs, stunts, mistakes, bloopers, and wild sci-fi stories from this ground breaking television series starring Robert Conrad and Ross Martin with guest stars Burgess Meredith and Don Rickles.
See the great actor Burgess Meredith make a blooper that made it to the final cut as he portrays a supervillain much like his portrayal as the Penguin on the 1966 Batman. Hear the communicator sound effect before it was used on Star Trek, and other cool facts and trivia. Also, see Don Rickles stuntman obviously take over for a fight scene and see his fake mustache fall half way off.
Have fun watching Jim West and Artemis Gordon goofs and mistakes from one of the best classic television western series of all time. It was a TV series that mixed the western, secret agent, and sci-fi genres all together into one cool mix.

I love when they have Dr.Loveless on the show. He was a good villian.

My favorite was with the submarine or the Mine, but Jim goes underwater to find the mine and comes back up for air, not only is his hair dry but also combed down, he dives again then comes back up now his hair is dry and combed back. What a Secret agent!

As you often mention, today's big screen hd televisions display greater image area than the old sets (which had rounded off perimeters). Plus, remastered prints of programs shot on film are significantly sharper, so it's fun for fans to see more detail than before, as well as things like stuntmen, boom mics, & the edges of sets that were not so easily noticed originally. Keep up the good work with (hopefully) further Wild, Wild West bloopers. There are still plenty of on-screen mishaps yet to cover from this series, & I'm looking forward to further installments!

I remember one stunt Robert Conrad swinging from the a chandelier he fell off hit the floor was hospitalized injured himself what a awful experience they all have their goofs and stunts and some were very obvious and noticeable

Yeah, I spent more time on that particular stunt on my last Wild West goofs video. It goes to show you when a stunt goes wrong it can really hurt. If he would have just landed on his feet it would have been no problem.

Oh yeah that's right you did didn't you yeah I would hate for a stunt to go wrong like that it would be awful would hurt or possibly kill you if you land the wrong way yeah maybe he lost grip and control couldn't land on his feet maybe possible badly stunt

That guy at the end who was supposed to be froze, probably had too many martinis at lunch. I know that if I had a couple of martinis, I wouldn't be able to stand still. I'd probably be too busy looking for the female guest star.

@@tvcrazyman There are different types of quakes that move the ground in different ways. There is the one that pulls the rug out from under your feat where the ground suddenly shifts one direction as the plates move, then there are the ripple kind that make waves (those are the ones I have always dealt with in CA), and there is the nasty suckers that shake so hard they liquefy the ground. That last type are the ones that cause the most havoc, for obvious reasons. With the wave kind that SOCAL gets they usually only last about 3-4 seconds, maybe 8 if it's over 4.5. In everyone I have ever been in (almost exclusively between 2AM-6AM for some reason), everybody is either in bed or just freezes where they are, just like the super rare ones that hit in the afternoon. As for duck and cover, by the time you figure out what just happened it's already over.
When you see people on the news set or anywhere that's recording the real thing, they just either keep going or freeze, always followed by "was that an earthquake?" Or, "did you feel it?" This is because they are often really tiny compared to the "Big Ones" in 1971 and Northridge 2 decades later.
So in summary, they don't wobble your feet barely at all, and most people just keep going not knowing what is happening, or they freeze until it is over. Hope that helps.
Now Tornadoes, NO WAY!!!!!!!! (Fun fact, zero people in all of history have died from earthquakes, unlike every other natural disaster, earthquakes are harmless, it's the stuff falling on you that kills. If you are in a field it's just a foot massage).

@@tvcrazyman There are times when one can lose balance, especially in a severe earthquake. It's hard to explain, perhaps having been in so many, relatively speaking. might have something to do with it.
