Remember to practice mindfulness meditation on a regular basis, preferably daily (even for just a couple minutes per day), to build your practice - it's like working out to train your muscles, except in this instance, you're training your mind, body, and soul.     Recently, I had a major fall out with a friend. This drama consumed all my energy & positivity and my thoughts were hyper focused on disliking her. After this short practice, I am far more peaceful & calm. Your guided meditation gave immediate relief, like applying a band aid to a wound. Thank you!!!
