@@NoName-cz3wn because red hats have never experienced tyranny. They spend the majority of their life bitching about it, but don’t realize how good they got it.
Enforcing laws to keep others safe (like mandating masks during a pandemic, or banning high caliber weapons from being sold without background checks) is just simple logic. One person messes it up for everyone, so we gotta apply these laws to everyone.
And the privacy that people complain about not having in the net, they’re very much responsible for. I mean you got dingus here sharing his thoughts and opinions and most likely the places he visits and the people he meets on his social media accounts. Half of the 💩 the government knows about the people, the people themselves post about it on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. (Just like the trump supporters who broke into the US capital. @massin akmin the US agencies actually do have companies build backdoors for them, and yes it is unrelated to this hack or whatever this video is showing. I believe there was a dispute when Apple didn't want to code one into their phones though at one point.
Just saying he's right that there are intentional backdoors coded in specifically for fbi/nsa etc
an additional problem to this, is that the tools to abuse the backdoor are also leaked to the hacker community.

This is how it works. It's called outsourcing. Amongst the 5-Eyes and its affiliates, certain acts of espionage on one's country's citizens may be considered illegal under that local jurisdiction, but perhaps not the next & vice versa. So each part of the 5-Eyes and its affiliates will do that for which the other cannot legally do by is legal in its own jurisdiction. They will often pool together their resources and in some agreements not even disclose who done it as long as the job gets done in this multi-national cooperation memoranda of understanding.
And this is how the necessary plausible deniability is created. It can all be executed by leveraging legal technicalities.
For example, NS0 can claim that they do not surveil American numbers but they could easily do something like place their executable on the cloud and allowing a 3rd party do the actual deed which would be under a blind form of passive tasking where the deed is not directly being assigned to a known 3rd party, and yet the job gets done, utilising their own software.
Many an Organised Crime Organisation around the world employ this double-blind Unit of Employment --> Unit of Action --> Unit Cell ... Vision to Mission Planning to Course of Action to Tasking to authenticated reputable pseudonymous feedback using push when convenient and pull when convenient to get the job done. This methodology allows any given individual the opportunity to say: "It wasn't me". Or even: "I didn't do anything illegal". And all participants in this C4ISR System of Systems benefit from this effective Enterprise Architecture of nameless operational entities. This also makes it become untouchable by any local jurisdiction or Civil Liberties Group as it becomes a very difficult task to pin the tail on what donkey actually performed the preemptive espionage of regular every-day citizens.
This is all under our own noses.

I have been the target of a similar attack for an unknown amount of time, but the technology they have is even more advanced than the one listed in this video. The tech is truly terrifying and I have not told anyone because they would not believe me. I am working to beat addiction right now, and soon will start actively looking to recruit allies to combat this organization. I don’t know if the NSO is apart of this group, but understand when I write you, that everything I say is true. Understand I did my best to not be to extreme, but I was betrayed by a woman named Sekeitha Cox whom I know has connections to this group and she intentionally sabotaged my life. She is in hiding now, but she can be easily found I simply don’t currently have the resources. If I am killed before I form a group to resist them , the organization can be tracked through her. They are arrogant, and that is why they can be tracked. People not with the organization may think i am insane, and maybe I am, but that does not mean I am wrong or lack credibility. I have the date and time of a person attempting to poison my food or make me believe that they were poisoning my food, but it is difficult to gather evidence as they use various people to attack me. I should had stayed clean to fight them a long time ago, but I folded time and time again under pressure and in great times. That is on me, but it doesn’t make me a bad person, it simply is a bad habit that I failed to control. Just because a person uses drugs that does not mean they should be treated like trash or a slave. This may seem incoherent, which is why i have been putting off writing to more people or organizations about the hardships that were forced upon me. I sincerely hope you get my correspondence, but I know it is a chance it could hacked before it gets to someone who would actually fight the organization that attacked me. Nonetheless I have to try, I hope I don’t go down as a villain and I am not trying to be a hero, but somebody has to show these people it isn’t right to judge and conspire in the dark against people who haven’t intentionally hurt anyone.

What gets me is when I'm having a conversation with someone in person and then get ads regarding what I said.
    Talk about creepy.
My friends boyfriend broke up with her over the phone and 10 minutes later she was getting dating apps advertised to her.
    Creepy!

But now we have the amazing Freedom Phone! Starbangled freedom from tracking devices with our very own China manufactured rip-offs that come complete with Sim cards and tons of bloatware! It's fool proof! lol

All of this can be better managed... the US can enact better privacy laws, as well as laws against blackmail... enact better cyber security laws... and coordinate with other nations on making sure that the entire global internet and computer infrastructure is as secure, ethical, and humane as possible. That ought to be the goal here.
But pretending that America is alone in doing this or that America is the worst offender globally is flatly laughable and anyone who even tries to deposit this notion deserves to be ignored forever on this subject for it and maybe on any subject of any seriousness. China, Russia, Saudi Arabia, increasingly India are all places where this is a very big problem with literal persecution of the minority resulting in arrests that violate human rights.
America can and should do better... and America has dropped the ball on this for too long... but to even humor the idea that America is the worst like some in the comment section do is schizophrenic loss of contact with reality.
