First of All I love your videos and tips. Can you tell me how often i Should do mobility training in order to see results? My main issue is my hamstring when doing squats etc. My mobity isn't the best but I prefer spending as much time as possible doing general CrossFit instead of mobility. Keep up the good work with your channel :)

Also let’s say for example someone isn’t too great at snatching, is there a way that they could record it and send it in to be instructed on how to better some position?! Thanks! Hi Craig and Jas You speak a lot about finding a pace and maintaining it, instead of going all out. I was wondering if you have any tips on how you to do this, as it's something I have difficulty with, I either go too easy or too hard and die before the end. Really enjoy your videos, any tips or help would be much appreciated 👊🏽
I think a lot of this is time, doing different kinds of WODs and learning what kind of intensity you can maintain at different volumes. If you've got a good coach they should be able to advise on pacing. Of course it'll change over time - my Grace time has dropped by over 2mins 30secs since I first did it!
This feet to bar in the beginning is the shittiest form iv ever seen. Why all the swinging? Hang still and raise your feet to the bar. If all u do is swing, then swing is what u will become good at. It's about building muscle, not becoming a pole dancer.
