Rear crossing traffic collision - how does it help when reversing out of parking in tight traffic conditions, like Pondy Bazaar or Besant Nagar beach for instance? Driver would lose precious seconds if the car keeps stopping. Hope there is an option to turn it off when not needed. Haven't used this feature first hand, so got no clue.
There will be severity settings and you can turn it off as well

Ofcourse the feature is for highways where you put on cruise at 100+ and you have to brake suddenly... ADAS helps... It's not a traffic friendly feature.. that's why traction and adas have on/off modes...

I think with such marketing gimmicks they prices it to 42lakhs now... more than what it would cost in other countries... Indian market is being abused so much by foreign companies...
I am using mg astor top end. Adas is the most useless feature. You will use first day and you will get forced to turn off even emergency breaking. I purchased this car only bcz of emergency breaking. But simply waste. All are jimick. And finally, engine is causing lot of troubles, transmission is failed in 500kms, it is slipping or partial gear shift everytime atleast once in a drive.
