Like life itself, keto is a process, a journey be savored and enjoyed on your way to your best health. That's why no one size fits all. Joe & Rachel are the Burns & Allen of Keto.
Steve, another great video. I like the statement that “Keto” is a metabolic state. The proper human diet is the term to describe how we eat. Love watching you and 2KK’s. Thank you.
I have never watched the 2 Krazy Ketos but I liked them so much after part 1 that I booked a consulting session on their website. I have never done that... lets see what happens but they look so approachable that this should be fun.
Whenever I clean shrimp or do onions I freeze all the bits in a used bag and then add it to my trash when taking the trash out. I love this...just subbed their channel. Never heard of them before!
Thank you for leaving the whole interview. Was good idea for 2 parts too! I liked your opinions on the kitchen gadgets. Nice to hear from people that use them already. Also great to see that “keto” is a community . It’s nice to know we can get along with people who cook differently a little. Politicians should take note…
I agree we all need to be more accepting of variations on a ketogenic lifestyle. As the Keto Twins Sarah and Emily say, folks can all be "practically" keto. As long as the desired results are being met, go for it. My mantra is "you do you" if it works.....Great interview, y'all.
I like when you use the term Dirty Keto. It absolutely has no offending connotations to me. It simply says it’s okay but not “clean” and may cause inflammation or add a carb or two. …. This was an excellent interview. Lucky kids getting to visit with you. Okay… so here’s my redneck keto truth….You might be into keto if you look into the mirror and see your young self again!!! ❤️
“Sous vide flame thrower “! We appreciate all those gadgets: Searzall, FlameThrower, Grillgun, Searpro, etc. Love the Sous Vide Everything RUclips channel.
I really enjoyed your video! 2KK's are great! I have learned a lot from them as well as Steve. One of my most favorite things about watching 2KK is watching how Rachel looks at Joe when he is talking. I see pure love in her face. Joe looks at her the same way. Love those two! Talking about eating fat, my dad used to love to eat the fat off of steak. We all thought it was so gross! Now I am that person! I love the fat!
Thank you!! I love what was said about what is sustainable for each person, otherwise we feel like failures and give up. Over time we will modify our habits during Keto based on how we feel.
This two parter has been such a good interview! I am glad that you didn't carve it down but put it into two parts. You have interviewed some amazing people and I love getting to listen to what is being said. Some great questions that keep the conversation rolling.
Steve: I spent my breakfast time this morning listening to Parts 1 & 2. I loved seeing this “not so serious” side of you! You did an awesome job asking the best questions of those two Krazy Ketos! Thanks for this fun & informative post. Rachel: My heart dropped when I heard your honest and vulnerable admission to almost ending your life…TWICE. 😰 The world would be a much bleaker place without your bubbly personality, infectious giggle, and sweet disposition. God Bless you always. Joe: You and Rachel aspired to change the world by providing a welcoming community and support for the Keto world, and IMHO you have done just that. I spend many mornings listening to you and Rachel share your experiences, knowledge, and insights. Thank you for this haven! 🥰
I know two who have seen me and want to start. At first they said no way to giving up carbs. I didn't nag. I said I started slow, and only you will know if you can have an occasional treat. Plus there are keto treats to make. I gave the example of my first change, my coffee. Cream instead of milk and stevia instead of sugar. Then I just started answering questions and giving RUclips links. :-)
Amazing interview with 2KKs! I love the type of questions you ask in your interviews. Channels like yours, 2KKs and Loving it on keto are what have kept me on board this year. Which was my best year ever!
Thanks for a great interview! I wholeheartedly agree with the evolution most of us have gone thru in our keto journeys. I love the long-term sustainability and great videos to help along the way.
A great interview Steve. I don't know anyone, including myself, that doesn't fall off the keto wagon from time to time. We need to in order to strengthen the commitment!
Another WOW interview! I learned so much from you all. I have never heard of Rachel & Joe so thanks for introducing them to me. I think like them & you. And I'm going to check out the Blackstone & Anova oven. New "toys" to check out.
I love both of your channels so these interviews are an awesome treat. Love what was said about negative labels. This is something I had to fix about my own thinking before I started adjusting my diet years ago. It's mental punishment and self defeating.
These interviews are great. Love that you fellowship with other keto channels. We get to learn more of each other. Rachael nailed it when she that there may be someone on their first day of keto and trying to learn how it works. I just started watching them last few weeks and so entertaining and informative. All the keto channels have something different to share and it so helpful for me. Like you said no judgment and we all work together on our health.
There’s so much in this whole video (part 1 & 2) that I love! Especially the question “Has Keto peaked?” I personally think like Joe and Rachel that it’s not going anywhere but it will morph. The name may change and we’ll be getting back to “real foods”, less processed. (Funny thing is I grew up eating real foods. Mom cooked real foods daily with Fridays reserved for pizza) I for one am glad I began Keto back in ‘17, when there wasn’t so many keto products. You needed to cook and bake and create if you wanted to do it right. Here’s to Keto and the PHD! 🥓🥩🥚🥗🍓
For me on at least until I loose weight I have to be strict. I wish I didn't have To. I have gained some weight back I am miserable on a physical level. What as got me off track is swaying from strict way. That's me not everyone. Thanks Steve Jennifer 😅
Great great great interviews! The time went by so fast I couldn’t believe the whole interview was done in a snap . Both times. I’m going to subscribe to 2KKetos. I had watched a few of their videos before, but I really learned more about them and liked their attitude about Keto. Thanks Steve!
I'm with you Steve, keeping the bacon smell out is almost a deal breaker. I agree, thanks for the stuffler suggestion again as well, two more this weekend and they are delicious. Fun chat, thanks posting.
Joe and Rachel are such inspirations for so many! What a blessing to our community to now have them FULL TIME! Thanks Steve, for the fun interview~i learned something new about them
I really enjoyed you and the 2 Krazy Ketos. The really nice thing with them as they are genuine, really care about people and they are a lot of fun. I always learn new things as well, well done Steve 💕
To combat smells, I use a small zip lock bag inside a larger zip lock bag to contain the smelly garbage from onions, shrimp etc. We only have trash pick up once a week so we had to find a way to contain those smells before transferring to the large container outside.
Steve, love this interview with Joe and Rachel. You all shared such good info. I will have to find their videos. I also just saw your video of sous vide deviled eggs. I can't wait to try it. Thanks!!
I have changed to saying “low carb” and I get very little rebuttal. 😂 I find not saying the emotionally charged keto, carnivore, ketovore, dirty, lazy, or cheat meal results in an affirmative head shake and many times a response of “good for you!” Yes, a game of semantics, but no arguments!😂😂😂
I’m only two minutes into the video and I need to comment. I love what Joe is saying about you have to do whatever keto works for you. I am carnivore. Why? Because on keto there are all these things that you can have, and for me that wouldn’t work. So I am carnivore as it is straightforward and simple, I don’t have to worry about carbohydrates and there is nothing sweet to eat. For me sweets are just going to open the door for me to fall off and do something stupid. So I stick with my meat only diet. I am 10 months in and I am happy as a clam, no cravings and it’s works perfectly for me. I use salt and drink coffee, so some would say I’m not true carnivore but that is the only thing I eat that is not meat/fish/eggs/butter. (I do not eat dairy.) Yes, we all have to do our own version that works for us individually.
Great interview, it's nice to hear from people sticking with keto as a lifestyle, very inspiring. I especially love your recipes and cooking walkthru episodes. I have a question Steve, what model is your Anova oven? What do you enjoy doing with it the most?
Loved the take on keto gatekeepers and ingredient police. I've been consistently keto for the past five years. I find that the longer I go the cleaner I eat. For instance I've gradually transitioned over time to exclusively avocado oil, grass fed butter, avocado mayo, and primarily stevia for my Sweetener of choice. This has been a gradual progression. Don't get me wrong. I still have a low carb tortilla or pork rinds on occasion. And I'm always game to samplebthe newest keto convenience food available at the grocery, Costco, or GNC. But in general my diet is usually butter, cream, eggs, bacon, coffee, chicken, cheese, beef, salad, and pecans. I find I just feel better when my diet is cleaner. I suspect this somewhat amplifies the anti inflammatory effects of a ketogenic lifestyle.
Also, the energy emanating from these two is incredible. In the most PG-13 way possible I will say that I suspect that their love life is pretty dynamic. (Please delete comment if you feel this is an inappropriate topic for this space)
That interview was great! I had to pause a few times to look up the gadgets y’all were talking about. Have you heard of the Keto Twins? They are great, do a ton of recipes and experiments, and are soooo funny. They’d possibly make a great interview IMO. Have a great day Steve!
You might be keto is you know 15 ways to make cauliflower and you think cooked radishes add that special something to keto “potato “ salad! 😁I loved this interview! Will definitely look their channel up! 👍👍👍 PS-I keep shrimp shells and raw meat juice absorbing maxipads in a zip lock in the freezer until trash day!
I am not surprised that the "keto police" do not go to conventions. These types of bullies relish the anonymity of the internet. I agree that labels that are somewhat negative only aid in eventually failing. The label that The Keto Twins have coined, I think, is great "Technically Keto". That's me.
@@PinkLady54 Anova Precision Oven and like Joe says in the video, it IS pricey but will replace other gadgets/appliances. I have gotten rid of my bucket air fryer, my water bath sous vide and I barely use my microwave anymore to re-heat food.
"I'm one bonnet away from being Amish"....one of the best lines I've heard from Rachel. Hysterical

Steve, another great video. I like the statement that “Keto” is a metabolic state. The proper human diet is the term to describe how we eat. Love watching you and 2KK’s. Thank you.
3 of my favorite keto people wrapped up in one video. Thanks for sharing.
I have never watched the 2 Krazy Ketos but I liked them so much after part 1 that I booked a consulting session on their website. I have never done that... lets see what happens but they look so approachable that this should be fun.
You won't be disappointed!
Fun interview between you 3.
I really enjoyed watching. Keep up the great content, Steve.
Whenever I clean shrimp or do onions I freeze all the bits in a used bag and then add it to my trash when taking the trash out. I love this...just subbed their channel. Never heard of them before!
I do that too with meat packaging and papers then our in trash before I take it out on garbage pick up day.
I freeze to add to my stock/bone broth
I loved this interview! ❤️
Great interview. I really like casually conversations and how it flows

Love the collaboration of the Keto greats. 👏👏👏
Great interview Steve, love you & 2KK, awesome interaction 👍‼️
I really enjoyed this discussion, particularly the part about being inclusive to different types of the keto way of eating.
The lack of empathy, compassion, and tolerance is the new normal unfortunately. And you are right...Rachel and Joe make me smile.
Great fun! Love all y'all

Love this 💞
What a ball of energy Rachel is.... Krazy for sure 😃
3 wise people! Thanks so much for bringing us new information. I so appreciate you and your work!
This is such a great combo of people!! I love to watch you both!!
Enjoyed part 2 as much as part 1.
Looking forward to else you can interview going forward. Thanks Steve.
Thanks for introducing me to these great people.
Great video Steve! I'm glad to hear others agree on doing the version of keto that works for you.

Great interview! I love Joe and Rachel and i actually learned a thing or two, new about them! 😊
Me too!
Great interview. I follow them and you Steve. I've learned so much from all of you.
Entertaining and informative!
I am jealous that you all said you don't get bit by bugs anymore. I still get bit by everything. LOL Interesting interview.
Me too😞
Love this, was waiting for ghe 2nd part!!
Great conversation between 3 of my favorite peeps to watch! Thanks for sharing with us!
Love this interview!

You might be keto if you wall paint next to the stove is bacon grease or beef tallow. 😂😂
