So many awesome details in that moment alone too. From the fact the line is not allowed to finished to the lyrics getting visually shoved aside, discarded by the digital space itself, to the digitally choked "No!" coming from the glitch starting on the "know" and of course the repeat of the confetti explosion as a cherry on top.
That is a crazy hard punch to come up with and put together this quickly along with the whole rest of this song.

The way the song shifts from “ know” to a sad “no” is a really nice touch
I love how the song is actually cyclical because it starts and it ends in the same way
Listening to the song with loop activated shows that cyclical nature of the song as well
I just love how clever the lyrics are. In my opinion, nothing else matters about a song when compared to the lyrics. If the lyrics are generic, the song is bad. But they flow so well. The rhyme scheme and pacing are perfect, it’s crammed with references and metaphors, even themes like “no brakes” into “this truck’s going over the edge” help to make the song feel more connected. But I really like that it uses those references to actual events in the story and uses them as metaphors for what’s going through gumigoo’s head.
The problem with existence is that we can never truly understand what it means till we no longer exist.
But we can do our best to try, and that's all that matters

I love the attention to detail to this song. The verses for this song sound more human indicating that the A.I. (Gummigoo) is sentient he is aware of what he is. He knows he is an NPC in a world that is meaningless and that his life means nothing. "I'm in the game but I'm not a player, I've been created to be obliterated" he is aware. Then when the Chorus kicks in the singing sounds more robotic. He's questioning his reality between whats real and whats not, he's confused and doesn't understand "Am I a man or a command" he knows but he doesn't understand. I also love how towards the end the melody changes from loud and intense which indicates he is fighting against the truth, and when it changes to more calm melo he is coming to reason with who and what he is. "Would it be so wrong to find a home in the forever. Building memories and more. I can be someone, my life has just begun, I finally know". Then just as He is coming to accept and start to try living his life, in comes Caine and snaps him out of existence, where the song goes back to a robotic voice, indicating he's been reset. Back to not knowing and questioning who he is once again. I also love how as the chime dings and the chorus begins you can faintly hear "NO-" as if he is crying out before he is reset.
There are other details like the call back to the truck crashing, the clipping through the map, Gummigoo not knowing what his mothers face looking like. The call back to Pomni not really being phased by this like he is because she already knows what this is, what he is. The call back to the fact that Caine reuses assets. and so much more.
This song was really well thought out and well written, from the instrumentals to the lyrics, and the balance and flow between both crafted to make this song is just perfect. Also the fact that you made this song so quickly not long after the episodes release is unbelievable. Mad respect.
Thats just a very brief take on this song, I could go into way more detail and break down everything but I don't want to. And this is just my interpretation.
