@@SakuraAvalon It isn't common yet, you'll see more of it as the years go by. Currently, I think it is mostly on consoles and Itunes. The big corporations want digital only to be the future for everything in the entertainment category.

what some people might not understand is the MOTIVATION for training in the anime world
-if the anime world has game mechanics: the dopamine rush of "number go up" would push a lot of people to work at it not to mention that potential glitches and exploits may exist that people of the world couldn't reasonably hash out with their logic
- you isekai: if you isekai as a child - preteen then you would essentially be doing your formative years over again and removing modern distractions would force most people to adapt meaning you'd likely have no choice but to work hard as most setting cant accommodate a modern neet and remaining as one even in high society has a high chance of getting you killed or put in an even worse situation
i mean, i forgot my phone when going outside. ended up doing workout and been thinking for 3 hours straight and might even go on if someone didn't call me to go back to my home.
We don't have magic IRL. If I ended up in a place where people can, let's say throw fire balls, after 1 year of very specific training. You can bet your ass that I would be doing that training on the daily. And that's just for fire balls. Magic is a hell of a motivator.

1- corporate take down,
2- The mangaka/artist start going mainstream and decided purge all.
Fakku went route 1 and basically got NH to take down Anything that they had licenced, hence All Shindo L stuff is gone.

What I’m finding from digging through nyentai and finding their Twitter, is that a bunch of content may have been licensed by Fakku… gonna do a bit more research on that.
EDIT: yep, Fakku hit the nyentai site with takedown notices on stuff, so they had to purge the site of anything Fakku could claim.

To answer why the purge happened: Fakku.
Specific authors had their works removed because Fakku is now publishing them and nhentai has a sort of gentlemen's agreement not to host anything that they end up grabbing. All of Asanagi and Akatsuki Myuuto are gone too.
Not just Fakku, Irodori established a US company for localizing their artist's works. They actively monitor known sites to send DMCAs. It was only a matter of time before they learned about nhentai.
I'm not sure why Asanagi got removed, though. Most of those are all still up on e-hentai.

There's also a sequel called SSSS.Dynazenon with a different cast but canon to Gridman, and both cross over in the movie Gridman Universe. And it's a Seinen anime so ofc you can expect fanservice, just throwing that out there.

4:51 like I literally watched the entirety of the second ever season of the Pokémon on a pirate website, it was for the most part a little step down from the first one, mostly due to barely any battles, but it was important in ash not being a whiny crap anymore, because he actually beats the champion in that season and the show runners actually start to remember that and through that slow burn he does actually become good and gives us a much better and more refined experience

That _was_ the backup.
Interestingly the Library of Alexandria got burnt *3* times (or more).

5:50 I've not watched the second season (I've heard that it's not as good), but what's odd is that in either the web novel or light novel, she maintains her role as a nuisance villain, and even escalates things.
SPOILERS
At one point she sides with a rival nation even in the midst of the waves and ends up having the queen assassinated.
The king begrudingly allies with Naofumi to take her down.
(I think she then manages to side with Glass and Co. only to betray them for her own goals, but again is taken down and this time killed and her soul eaten.)
It then turns out that she's the self-insert of a demi-goddess, and is upset that she's not the main character and that she couldn't play in this world as she pleased (and that her meddling in the cause of the waves), and that she had to pit the heroes against each other as they're the only thing that could stop her.
(I think Naofumi is actually sent back to Japan at some point and resigns himself to stay there seeing no way back.)

About the dungeon Meshi one... You have to remember, that dungeon is absolutely massive. Going throught one floor a day would be idiotic. That would mean ignoring monsters, not stopping to eat or rest, ignoring traps. That would also means getting weaker because of the lack of rest and food. They are already going pretty fast, but it isn't explained well in the anime.

Well pirate sites initially do have ads, which unlike crunchyroll's ads (as far as I know) might have viruses and other malware. You know, the "hot milfs in your area" type. But they can be eliminated with adblockers.

Pirate sites aren't technically piracy because they aren't selling you the stolen product, being free, maybe you give them donations, or they can make money via ads. By definition it is the stealing and selling of said stolen products, so unless that happens not technically piracy... however, now my site asks for people to pay premium to watch certain movies. Double checked, some seem ok like Little Mermaid (smart move wouldn't want Disney after them lol), while others like again Naruto the Last is not.
