This is one of the FEW upsides of us POSSIBLY not getting any Movie or GT characters in the base. He was one of my mains in BT3 and it was the only game I could use him in

He may not have a sword. But I'm willing to bet with the costumes & item customization feature on DBSZ that King Cold can have an sword equipped that will change his moveset as DBS Goku DLC Bonus with the power pole has a new move and fight style with the power pole equipped.

So I'm excited to see it myself as I believe we will have GT Characters as Costume swap on characters who make sense. GT Vegeta, GT Trunks, GT Gohan, GT Hercule, GT Buu, GT Uub, GT Yamcha GT Tien, GT Piccolo, GT Frieza, GT Cell, GT 17 GT Gero/ Dr Miyu, GT Videl GT Krillin, GT Roshi, GT Yajirobe, GT Chiaostu, That's already alot of characters hidden just from the new costume feature alone. But some characters can't do that. Unless DB Kid Goku can costume swap into GT Kid Goku with his transformations and moves. But Goten cannot costume swap like that as no Adult or teen Goten has ever been in a Tenkaichi game without a Mod. Also if they went the Xenoverse route even more characters could be hidden in the game on one slot. Kind of like how Frieza henchmen has 10 different characters on just one slot alone same with saibaman. But who knows if they go this route.

Though not cannon I think Android 17 Z & DBS 17 can be selected two fuse into Super Hell Fighter 17 from DBGT as the game doesn't allow us to select the same exact characters twice except for Metal Cooler, Sabaiman & Cell Jrs which had the exception in the last games.

As for others they don't really need a new character model just a costume swap and possibly different moveset. I really hope King Cold has his Z colour scheme as a second skin. I don't really like the Super one. Too much white and looks off. Only real gripe with this trailer though. Tien has *four* confirmed costumes already, I can pretty much guarantee King Cold will have his Z Anime appearance as a costume XD I feel bad for Dameon Clarke, dude's been playing Cell for 25 years, decided to do a line he's done a thousand times in a different way *one* time and everyone's trashing him for it. I'm very glad 17 has a Z and Super version, and I do hope 18 gets a Super version. I think something people forget when they say "they should be costumes" is, for one thing, this is Tenkaichi, power levels exist for characters and their Super versions are a lot stronger than Z ones. But for another - costumes don't change interactions! Android 17 (Z) and Android 17 (Super) will have entirely different dialogue and behaviors with all the other characters on the cast, and I think he (and we) deserves that. That's why I hope 18 gets a (Super) version, think how different her interactions with other characters are in Super than Z. That kind of thing is really important to me in Tenkaichi games, and I'm gonna be disappointed if we only have an 18 that has a team-up move with 17, and not one with Krillin. I know people are worried about slots, but Xenoverse 2 is still getting dlc 8 years later, SZ will *eventually* have literally everyone possible.
This "DBS Broly" King Cold version in the middle of a DBZ arc really pisses me off! The developers really decided to shit on Frieza (1st form) and his father.
