The light is made out of a GoPro2 case and a Rayovac head lamp ($10). I stripped the head lamp down to the basics then put in the case. Then I rigged the LED button to the GoPro case button. Works great!
Nice video, you need to change your bungee though. Take about 8 - 10" of 3/16" bungee loop it thru a 1/2" piece of 3/8" rubber hose crimp the ends together and attach them to the cage bottom. Insert your bait and tighten up the snubber and it locked in for good. :)
