Utah was voted one of the top 5 states to retire in 2024. I found that interesting as my state was voted one of the worse 5. That short Rib Sandwich had a 9 out of 10 look with the thick toasty bread, the cheddar cheese melted on the sides and all that rib goodness overflowing. Now when it comes to fries I am just a sucker for McDonalds fries. As for the ice cream, well when it is a placed named "The Creamery" with a statue of a cow it's going to be near perfect if not perfect every time. Good Test for a road trip.

I've travelled to CA several times in the last 5 year and I've seen the creamery but never stopped. Might have to add it to my next road trip.
The ice cream is good, but the sandwich, for me, was the highlight.

Was a great experience and yummy food. Helped that I was super hungry. It all hit the spot. We had dessert first 😋
