Big cats have been known to cough up hairballs, but it is pretty rare.
Love tigers.

How are the animals behaving w/o people around. Are they loving it? Are the animals vocalizing more?
Some of the animals seem to be missing visitors more than others. The penguins in particular are wondering where everyone is, as well as the animals in Hamill Family Wild Encounters, so their animal care staff are spending extra time with them. The outdoor animals were used to seeing fewer people as we came out of our winter season so they didn't seem to notice anything out of the ordinary, but now that the weather's getting warmer, they're starting to perk up and get very interested whenever they see staff walking by. Humans seem to be as enriching for them as they are for us! The wild geese are loving it, though. They seem to think they run the place now.

What happened to Whirl's tail?
She had an accident when she was a cub and her tail had to be amputated. She's never really known any different, so her lack of tail doesn't seem to bother her at all!
