This song is both beautiful, yet deeply saddening. I did like garn47, but I dont think it was to the same extent as other people enjoyed it. My favorite part of it however, was allways "Car". Just an absolute bundle of joy in an ever expanding world, free from all things surrounding it. But I had never realized it was, in fact, the embodiment of your own happiness. I dont know alot about the situation that unfolded, nor do I know the situation of your life.. But I speak for myself and many others when I say: I really found great comfort in car, whether I realized it or not. So thank you for that It does seem like things have settled, but please take all the time you need. If you do ever end up reading this... I hope life has been treating you well recently, because you deserve every bit of it. Take care.
This is kind of off topic, but just cried to this song while it was night, raining and I was walking across a bridge. It's been a minute since I really connected with a song like i did with this one. 3:45 this part just gives me so many emotions that I can't even begin to put into words right now
Both of The Where tracks have really expressed Garn's vent art inspiration. It's also cool hearing how different yet similar to two tracks are, and how they represent the character. Carr's track starts solemn and retrospective. It deteriorates quickly though (it *shatters,* if you will) and turns resentful and somewhat incoherent. There's a part in the middle where the track sounds visceral and angry. The climax of the song is overwhelming and dissonant. Nothing complements anything, and it sounds like it's breaking down. And the Where's motif kicks in, repeating over and over with no resolution. Then it slowly descends back down to the retrospection it was at the start, now with a slight sense of loss. The song sounds like it's at a breaking point. Car's track also starts solemn, but it stays that way. The track never breaks apart and manages to stay coherent the whole way through. There is moments of tension in the middle where it speeds up, but it settles, and goes back to the solemnity it was at the start, with a different melody that carries more of a sense of relief than loss. The song starts and ends in a different place, and the Where's motif interestingly has a resolution in this one. Another thing i love is The Where's motif (0:29). I don't know how to describe it, but its just so satisfying to listen to and it carries so much emotion. It's also interesting to hear how the motif changes a little in the middle (2:09). It only appears in this version, not in Carr's so maybe it symbolises that Car was able to get over The Where, while Carr couldn't? Either way, i can't wait to see how this gets used in game. Also i just wanna say that you've been a huge inspiration for me. I've had ambitions to make a game based on the world i've been building for ages, but i've always seen it as me being overambitious. Seeing Garn47 (and Brimbo World by extension) made me realise that it is possible with enough time and motivation. So, thank you for creating Garn47, or really just for creating in general.
It's also worth noting that the exact The Where's sound that you hear in game when encountering them plays quietly at 0:27 and 0:55 in Carr's The Where track. However, I haven't found any of the exact sound in Car's The Where track. Perhaps this and the more solemn ending for Car's track indicate that The Where's influence is not as strong on Car compared to Carr. Just got into this game recently, and wow it has gotten me very excited for its future, props to everyone that works on it!

Get well floombo, don't let sadness make you forget about the things/people you love and care for. And to other people I also wish the same. Good luck out there
Yknow, ever since I found this little corner of the internet, id always thought itd be untouchable, just a small little pocket of sunshine I know I could always come back to when im feeling down. But I guess I was wrong about that. Not the sunshine, no, that was always there, but it was still just as vulnerable as any other part of the world was. I guess I just didnt want to think about that. My friend drew something, and i posted it for him. He said it brought a tear to his eye when he saw the video of Car coming back. When discussing theory, I think "The Where" is the entity essentially driving creatures to their "pain" or lack of love (and therefore this state of twitching misery that creatures such as The Broadcasted, The Waker, and Praise For All exhibit due to a lack of compassion in their life) that even Carr/some Carrites exhibit in moments of self-consciousness or abandonment. This song is a beautiful work of art, I love this. the emotion this song gives is one I rarely feel with songs, but when I do, I enjoy every second of it. (Also tempo automations bring me so much joy, they're so underrated)
A cacophony of spiraling thoughts, a soliloquy of desire, a confrontation of a hollow reality, an endless echo of hope, a deafening silence, a bated breath listening for more.
This song perfectly encapsulates all of my inner feelings, all of my past mistakes, all of my regrets in my life. I've really never had a song make me feel this way before, the emotions it brings to me is almost undescribeable, it feels hopeless, sad, angry, regretful, like everything that you've ever had was stripped away from you in a blink of an eye and everything is just crumbling all around you as you just, sit there, unable to do anything about it, trying to accept the fact that everything you've known and love is just gone, all your friends, all your family, everything.
I really wanna say that Floombo, you have been an inspiration for me. Whenever I heard about Garn 47, I didn't think of it first, as I was focused on my mod Cognitive Crisis (a mod of which I made out of desperation) but once I checked it out, it kinda opened my eyes to what just one or two people can make with just a software and a dream. This entire game told me that "Anyone can truely make art, even with as little resources as possible." Its inspiring what you and your little friend group have created. Going from a small project to something more, with a whole community behind it. Floombo, I may not know you personally, but know that you inspire so much people, you inspired me and a few of my friends to start concepting game projects, inspried the general FNF community as a whole to create something more than another horror mod to the pile, you inspire your community through the mysterious yet compelling story. I may be looking to into it, but I just wanna say thank you from the bottom of my heart, you really made something special. - Penny M.
I'm a pretty stable person when it comes to listening to music but honest to god this song almost brought me to tears The absolutely soul crushing instruments and that heart breaking melody both work hand in hand and I live for it It's genuinely unimaginable that a song made for fuckin GARN47 is able to be packed with this much tender care and emotion. I would argue that this is your best song to date and I cannot WAIT to hear this ingame . . . . And Floombo, If you're reading this. You're doing a great job. Don't let nasty people get to you
I’ve already spoken about this when I saw your post on twitter, but whatever’s going on I just want you to know we’ll wait however long it takes for you to recover yourself, we love you Floombo.
Im writing this right after watching the tweet of “Car” coming back, I don’t really get what it is, both about this song and that video, but it makes me feel, a lot of emotions This song it, just has a certain vibe to it. The notes, the strings, the, instruments (I don’t know what to really call them) They just make me.. feel. During the fast parts I feel tense, and stressed out, like something’s about to happen, and during the slow parts, I can feel the emotion put into it, each bit in each note.. this is kind of off topic but, I don’t know if this was intentional or not, but the violin near the ends reminds me alot of the few omori tracks I’ve listen to, laced with sadness and emotion, just kind of a musical observation. But back on track, I just felt the need to comment all of this into thoughts, after the video almost made me cry And, to you Floombo, I’m glad you’re feeling even alittle better, I know this just feels like an end note added on. But as I only just recently learned about what had been happening, I don’t fully know what else to say. All I know is, I’m glad you’re even a little tiny bit more okay than you were before. We’re all here for you.

Garn47 tbh is one of the many games iv played that has truly made a mark on me, garn47 truly has changed one of the ways i have seen games, it was amazing the moment i realised that there was truly something beyond just the surface of a silly little project. its now more... a community, a world, more than and idea, the game is truly a masterpeice, especially how once you understand that there is more to the world which drives that sense of "i need to know what is going on here", which imo is what makes it better, it has a vibe that i havent seen with anything before, its like a arg, a game, history, just it all together, the characters have there own vibes and stories, as it seems as if all of them kust so happen to be together in this one moment, and dicovering this all aswell. Iv loved being in this community, it truly has been fun here, and thank you floombo with blessing us with with your masterpeice, we, as the veiwers and fans may jot know what event had caused you to feel down, but with what you have done, we all are here to help you! I feel as if this game changed many lives, you have truly earned all of our respect! So if anythings up, were all here to help. Sorry for yapping and if not much made sense lol, so to make it short, we all love you and what you have done, and its amazing seeing what you can and have created, and remember, were all here for you for anything! Goodbye! See ya next time! (Damn this game really has changed a bunch of who i am lol, thank you.)
This song is genuinely so amazing, it’s so emotional in a way that’s hard for me to describe. Your music just keeps getting better and better! more importantly it’s good to see that you’re doing better, and I hope you continue to :)

I hope you take a break for as long as you need, we'll all be here whenever you wish to return. I hope that whatever issues are plaguing you get better.
Both versions of the song are so wonderful in tandem, even when it gets messy they both work so well together, if only they could keep pace with one another...
Hope things are going a bit better for you floombo I don't know much about what's going on but hopefully it improves Oh the song! It's absolutely phenomenal, great job on it and the animation you posted (with this in the bg i think) on twitter a bit ago genuinely made me tear up
It's interesting how this is the only track that doesn't have "GARN47" in the cover art. Even Carr's The Where still had the game title in the cover art, but this one is just an image of a lowly lit space with a small object in the middle. I believe I've read somewhere that Garn47 was initially made out of vent art, eventually turnt into locations, characters and concepts for the game. And now, for me this seems to be the one image from the game that feels the most resembling of that "vent art feel". It feels detatched from the game itself, while still being intrinsically connected to it, and probably becoming part of it once V3 is out. I hope you're doing better Floombo. We all do.
Ever since I learned of Garn47, I've been obsessed with it. Finding every badge, every secret, everything there is to see. I love this game, simple as that. It's so wonderfully absurd and yet so splendidly eerie and yet just so heartfelt all at the same time. This world/these worlds, these lore elements, these characters, from everyone's favorite Car to Drilly to the Broadcasted Buddies (as I like to call them) to even the Broadcasted and the Waker themselves, I just love this game. Floombo, you've done a great job at just making everything about this game so enjoyable. And I can tell that you put a lot of your heart and soul into this, and I love that just as much. Whatever you're going through, I wish you the absolute best, and please, feel free to take all the time that you need. I hope you feel better, and I'm sure the rest of us Garnheads do too. Thank you Floombo for everything you've given us, and we wish you the best. Cheers.
this song is so good it almost feels important to something, like having a flashback or some sort of desperation of trying to escape something. keep up the amazing work.
This song is filled with emotions I can't describe - and the only way I can put it into words is that its beautiful... I'm happy you and car are now doing better now - sending you both my full support and wishing you both the best..!
Carr’s version sounds more coherent than Car’s. It’s as if Carr knows the full story, and we are just knowing or putting the pieces together. It also sounds like Carr’s version sounds more personal, than Car’s. Also at the end, it gives me the feeling of sorryness and sorrow.
The twitter post with the animation and this song was the first proper thing of Garn47 I've seen. I saw some memes, sure, but when I tried finding info it all seemed like a Fandom gaslight. Cue the tweet and seeing this song's name in the replies, and now I'm listening to this on loop and occasionally swapping to The Where (Carr). I am utterly blown away by how much emotion is in these two songs. This one is distorted, it's sorrowful, it's desperate, it's barely holding together - and it keeps nearing the verge of breaking only to take a deep breath and hold on just a little longer. I hope things are going well for you, Floombo. Please take care of yourself.
I just tried to do this and there is some really cool detail that happens, at the start the two songs match up really well, but as you get to around the middle of the songs where they start to desync , none of the beats matching up anymore and it becomes a complete mess of sound... "until they drift apart..."
God i hope its not what i think is going to happen but i hope this is gonna be epic and fire at the same time keep up the good work take as much time needed man to make a masterpiece
I know I'm throwing this comment into the void, I just wanted a chance to ask Floombo if there is any chance that their music could be released to a platform such as Bandcamp? This is good music.
Now I’m kinda confused, was car on twitter saying goodbye an irl message from you Floombo? Or was it just an in-universe foreshadowing for in-game lore? I don’t mean to be insensitive if it is the former, I am just confused since we still don’t really know what that tweet meant, especially combined with this seemingly related video. Edit: After seeing Car's revival, I am sure it was a real situation, I'm sorry for not knowing for sure when it should've been clear, but I am glad that you are starting to feel better. Take all the time you need.

I may be looking to into it, but
I just wanna say thank you from the bottom of my heart, you really made something special.

I'm a pretty stable person when it comes to listening to music but honest to god this song almost brought me to tears
The absolutely soul crushing instruments and that heart breaking melody both work hand in hand and I live for it
It's genuinely unimaginable that a song made for fuckin GARN47 is able to be packed with this much tender care and emotion. I would argue that this is your best song to date and I cannot WAIT to hear this ingame

And Floombo, If you're reading this. You're doing a great job. Don't let nasty people get to you
Poor soldier, despite all his charms, While he slept, they cut off his arms.
And he said,
Thank you, sir.
I’ve already spoken about this when I saw your post on twitter, but whatever’s going on I just want you to know we’ll wait however long it takes for you to recover yourself, we love you Floombo.
Im writing this right after watching the tweet of “Car” coming back,
I don’t really get what it is, both about this song and that video, but it makes me feel, a lot of emotions
This song it, just has a certain vibe to it. The notes, the strings, the, instruments (I don’t know what to really call them)
They just make me..
But back on track, I just felt the need to comment all of this into thoughts, after the video almost made me cry
And, to you Floombo, I’m glad you’re feeling even alittle better, I know this just feels like an end note added on. But as I only just recently learned about what had been happening, I don’t fully know what else to say.
All I know is, I’m glad you’re even a little tiny bit more okay than you were before. We’re all here for you.
That slow part at the end is simply incredible, it almost makes me shed a tear. Truly a brautiful melody. Thank you, Floombo! ❤
V3 is gonna be insane. Can't wait, and very glad you're feeling at least somewhat better. The video on twitter was very touching.
@@listnode I'm happy car has been reborn so can live for another day. I would love to give him a hug and tell him everything will be alright cuz I love him so much.
this game quite literally appeared at the perfect time in my life and changed me as a person. thank you for creating.
(Damn this game really has changed a bunch of who i am lol, thank you.)
this song is genuinely so good sounding i cried
This song is genuinely so amazing, it’s so emotional in a way that’s hard for me to describe. Your music just keeps getting better and better!
more importantly it’s good to see that you’re doing better, and I hope you continue to :)
0:00 - intro
0:28 - first bass melody (incomplete)
0:44 - drums
0:56 - fill & violin
1:26 - piano start with sub noise
1:55 - fill, rise and bass melody (complete)
2:20 - violin with pan in drums
2:49 - bass melody (agressive)
3:08 - heaven
3:45 - soft violin with piano (not crunched)
4:21 - last goodbye
Now they are both having an existential crisis, damn
I initially knew that this was not just a joke shitpost game. That music almost made me cry. Thank you for this masterpiece, floombo, there is something special about this game... May you feel better.
we’re all here for you, floombo. your creations made us happy, so it only makes sense you can find a way to be happy yourself ❤️
The incredible mental anguish that comes with rawdogging life can be overwhelming sometimes man, but we're all here for ya mate. Guarantee you anyone who enjoys getting totally garnular would have their dms open to you and be honoured to even speak to someone with a creative mind like yours. Keep yourself afloat.
Genuinely, this is an amazing song to fit with car. I'm glad things are getting better Floombo! Your songs always have a strong sense of theme and emotions and this one is no different from emphasizing those attributes.
I’m so glad you managed to find happiness again, I couldn’t bear the thought of losing you or Car
This motif. This motif is ruining me, I don't know why but i get so emotional when I hear it.
I hope you take a break for as long as you need, we'll all be here whenever you wish to return. I hope that whatever issues are plaguing you get better.
Least based Luigi Fan
Both versions of the song are so wonderful in tandem, even when it gets messy they both work so well together, if only they could keep pace with one another...
Hope things are going a bit better for you floombo I don't know much about what's going on but hopefully it improves
Oh the song!
We all do.
I thought that was Car’s corpse
The beginning made me feel like i was being watched.
Floombo is the only person that can compose music like this
We're here for you, Floombo.
Cheers.
this song is so good it almost feels important to something, like having a flashback or some sort of desperation of trying to escape something.
keep up the amazing work.
subtle.
CARS VERSION OF THE WHERE CARS VERSION OF THE WHERE THIS IS HUGE
Im glad car is back and i hope you take care of yourself and take a break as long as you need. Were here for you floombo
Just as prophesied our lord rises again.
I decided to play this and the Carr version at the same time, they surprisingly go well together.
until they drift apart...
@@FloomboFLOOMBO? WHAT IS THAT SUPPOSED TO MEAN?
Look carefully in Carr's laboratory, especially on details there and you'll understand what he meant
I just tried to do this and there is some really cool detail that happens, at the start the two songs match up really well, but as you get to around the middle of the songs where they start to desync , none of the beats matching up anymore and it becomes a complete mess of sound...
"until they drift apart..."

The where songs have to be my favorites in the ost. They’re so emotionally charged… I love them.
Welcome back, buddy. ❤
Oh man i can't wait to the V3 to be release this seems so cool
i feel like this will go for every major character
so your telling me garn47 himself is getting his own The Where track???? What the garn!
We love you Floombo
just got done balling my eyes out 🔥
My eyes are not open.
Man... this is one of my favorite melodies from garn47, thank you Floombo for blessing us with this piece of music.
Thanks for the beautiful music! 😊
God i hope its not what i think is going to happen but i hope this is gonna be epic and fire at the same time keep up the good work take as much time needed man to make a masterpiece
It's gonna be alright :3
Deaw i love garn 47,It's so crazy and amazing
Hey. Life can be tough and it sucks a lot of the time but please don’t try and let it bring you down. I’m really glad your feeling better ❤
Listened to this while making a Curly plushie, amazing
I wonder if we’ll get any Carr stuff, I like her she’s cool
there are so many garn47 osts and yet i dont remember any of them being in the actual game
Many tracks are uploaded before the update where they're introduced in the game. You can see this is an OST for V3, and currently the game is in V2.2
ts so beautiful bro why
This is hella good
Like it fits for some "disaster" scene or smth
imagine crying over a little fever dream game haha couldnt be me hehe
i need a minute
I have reason to believe Carr is trapped in the mirror world because of The Where, and the Carr we see in-game is actually an imposter.
as a carr enthusiast i wish to hear you out
A song about sorrow, about hope
Incredible!
**But it failed to refuse**
We love you Floombooo!!!!
this song sounds like crying
i dont really know what the heck happened in your lifebut i hope that everything is going to be alrightwe're all here for you, floombono matter if some ABSOLUTELY STUPID AND BAD PEOPLE are saying that nobody wants you herewe will always support youtake a well deserved break for a while

I like the funny twitter cat, idk what a garn47 or what anyone in the comments are talking about.
Car is from a game called Garn47, which is beginning to gain lore
garn47 is also THE character and name of the game
this car man is a cat which no he doesnt go by the highway and do the average vehicle noises
hes very silly
@@yourlocaldoorframe_eater who said he doesn’t
@@Cheesekthe1st to be honest i don't know its not the average thing i'd see
Aparrently floombo was going thro some hard stuff(involving depression due to real life events) , so then he made this song :(
we hope ur ok Floom!
patiently awaiting spotify release
Car: I wonder WHERE my sister is
Carr:
This song is beautiful…. I couldn’t help but notice though that unlike Carr’s version, I don’t think it played the in game noise that The Where makes even once (unless im deaf and missed it lol) I just wonder if this means something…….
Floombo... what is that floombo... floombo please...
Edit: i started reading the comments, and idk whats happening, but it seems like youre going through something. It genuinly makes me tear up knowing that youre going through something too. Im sorry, and i hope things get better and better. Even if thats what everyone says, just know that they all also mean it
he said hes ok now
It’s incredible rlly. How such a silly project grew a community out of nowhere. How something many people consider life changing even though it started out at the most brainrotted thing ever. Who knew twitter yielded such good soil for a community to sprout from something so silly
dude it’s so hard to listen to the first part of this song for some reason
Tu música es increíble floombo
Here comes the where...wait what am i looking at
A floor in a dark room with a spotlight. Car's life diamond earring has lost its light and is placed in the center
Are we gonna have a fight with the Where in V3?

Im so confused on what everyones talking about and I just wanna know some context unless theyre just talking about these songs and thats it, in which case I guess I just need to look further in
