This page is a wealth of knowledge. Going to start recommending it to all of my soldiers.
I am conflicted on the idea of going to 75th as an E5 11b in conventional already.
If you had an E5 come from conventional to your plt what would you want to see from him (besides a tab, im working on that)?

Hey quick question, is it a viable option to enlist with an option 40 and then a few years in, do the green to gold to switch to officer? I just got my degree and I’m about to enlist
