I like to watch videos like this where they also highlight buttons of what they clicked like this video here. This helps with figuring out keybinds, also studying the methods they’re using. I remember learning most of Blender from watching someone making a bird, but this video is the same process. I recommend searching specific tutorials for UV mapping and texturing though!
