Hi.
Nice tuts, im beginner in Solidw but i have gone thru some tutorials and repeated the models without much trouble.
Strange that solidworks doesnt allow to set some background pic of model (sketch) and have it always in view.
Some programs allow this..

having trouble: last part - when i convert the entities of the upper and lower curve - the entity on top is in correct position but the one on the bottom appears in the middle of the curve and not on the edge.

I did the same thing, you selected the wrong face to sketch on, if you select the front plane it will do that, the right plane is the one you want to select to be able to convert both entities for the rib

Hello. I think you have tiny mistake. Extrude boss must be 60 mm instead of 50 mm. and when you extrude back side up to 10 mm to inside then the distance will be 50 mm

the distance to the center is 60 mm! i think its just to define the retangle and take it to the center of to lines of the circle

EDIT: Solved. I was skipping the Convert Entities step. Those extra lines allow the rib tool to work properly on the curved surfaces.
