At that point what can the poor tell the wealthy from both cash and wisdom perspective. And if any policy maker attempt to interfere from their jurisdiction, the said legal persons will migrate to other country. That's how policy makers have no power in the following perspectives, one production and process procedure, product re-engineering, distribution, addictive nature of specific product, health of products, location of production, cost manipulation. In short the policy maker control only taxes. Taxes that can be engineer to level wanted by alleged rising global governs.
