Thanks for your question here, Wong. The All-in-One Cooker does come equipped with a stainless pot: to.philips/6057yDuCB. Please feel free to contact us again if you have any questions. :)
I love the clarity of this video - it answers so many questions for me. Do you sell accessories for this unit in Australia, like cake tin inserts etc? Would a silicon muffin pan work in this unit?
Thanks, Robyn! We don't sell any on our website, unfortunately, but you could look for online retailers that possibly sell and ship these products. To anwer your second question: we're not quite sure. Therefore, we recommend you to reach out to our product specialists on 1300 363 391. I use the sear function to seal my meat before pressure cooking it but the sear function seems to drop heat once the bar hits the "maintain pressure". Is there a way to retain the temperature for the entire timer with it dropping?
Hi Kelvin, thanks for your comment! Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a way to retain the temperature in the sear function, as the cooker is programmed to do this. Feel free to let us know if you have further questions.
Hi Maharsuri, unfortunately we don't have a video for this recipe on our channel. However, there are some videos on RUclips that can help you out with this. We also recommend you the following page for instructions for other recipes: to.philips/6051zKGLx. Hope this helps.
hello philips, i wonder if i can use saute function with model HD2136 which is the only model available in indonesia. can i just set the pot on with any mode to heat up while leaving the lid open for saute function?
Hi there, thank you for the question. Unfortunately, the HD2136 pressure cooker does not come with a saute option, so that would not be recommended. We hope this is helpful!
Similar to Damien in the comments below I have noted that it states on the lid of the cooker to choose “vent” for slow cooking. In this video it says to choose “seal”. Which is the correct function to choose?
I have this All in One Cooker and use it often. I cannot see anywhere on the lid about using "Vent" to do slow cooking. I always select "Seal". Now I'm confused. Please explain where it is shown. Thank you.
Hi there, Brenda. Thanks for your comment. We hope you already have tried the recipe featured in this video. As for your instructions on cooking rice, please check out this video: to.philips/60531ND6V Same procedures would apply for brown rice. ;) Happy cooking! 🍚
@@Philips Hi I have a question please, should I certainly use water or any liquid while using the pressure cooker? for example Is that ok to add lamb meat in the slow cooker and do not add water in it?

Hi there, Joanna. Thanks for reaching us here with this interesting question. Selecting the high temperature on Slow Cooker allows for a reduced amount of time food is spent on the appliance. On the appliance the feature "Slow Cook / High Temperature" makes this possible. For more information, you can look at the manual here: to.philips/60581InNC Hope this helps!
Hi. You can go way longer than that, Soren. Please watch the video from 3:45 onwards. There it's explained how to increase the cooking timer. Hope this helps. If you have any additional questions feel free to reach out to us again. We're always here to help you.
Apologies for the misunderstanding on our side, Soren. Unfortunately for pressure cooking, the timer won't go beyond 59 mins. If you like to you can try to set it to 59 minutes and after the machine stops, you can try to set the remaining time and start the machine again. We hope this helps. However, if this does not resolve the matter you can reach out to us via one of our social media channels. We’re available 24/7 on Facebook (to.philips/6052zImu8) and Twitter (to.philips/6053zImuD). I can’t help but think she has made a mistake here... 12 hours is way to long with the valve on seal.... I would use bake otherwise you are pressure cooking the meat.. but if I’m wrong tell me.. I have been using a slow cooker for years but only just bought the philips cooker in the last month.. loving it and it’s so easy to use 👍🏼😃
I believe slow cooking still requires the "Seal" to be selected instead of "Vent" (which only releases steam), but i"Seal" won't cook with Pressure unless you select "Pressure cooking" mode. Therefore, 12 hours not too long. It depends on what type of meat you are cooking and the weight. Large cuts WITH bone like this one requires more time to cook through. :)
Well, I tried slow cook the pork with philips before. I used seal, the outcome was I thrown the meats, because taste dry. My another cheap brand slow cooker they always make nice meal. Which I saw the lid has a little whole on it. So will try again with philips with bake next time

oh wow that was fast !! I am in Australia, I like the non stick pot that comes with this model but I prefer the stainless steel pot more. Thank you very much
Thanks for clarifying, Mandz. :-) We had a look, but for the HD2137 it's an aluminum alloy inner pot that comes with it. This inner pot is durable and offers more effective heat conduction, and is the only one compatible for this model.
