This is how everything should be CRAFTED. This fork will be used for generations.
I would need to harden mine with the way my wife's been cooking lately
hahahaha too funny
Absolutely love your forge videos, awesome job. Definitely going to try this in the future
You are an amazing man, thank you for being on RUclips.
your work is art. any imperfections just add to your work and thankyou for sharing your knowledge.
i thought the beeswax was a potato lol
Going to make this as my first forge project in metalshop. Thank you for making these videos!
Nick:Firstly, I love your channel. You and the Zednaught Alpha have really inspired me to get my hands dirty and express creativity in some amazing ways. Second, I thought I'd recommend making some sort of protective item. You've shown us how to make rebar knives, tongs, arrowheads, and now a fork. I'd love to see a scrap metal buckler or similar item. Thanks, A fan and upcoming craftsman.
This is the best thing I've seen on RUclips in weeks. Outstanding.
I'll be doing this all with a file, a belt sander, and a hacksaw, seeing as I don't have an angle grinder. Thanks for inspiring me!
Wow, Nick, you did a good job on the fork. No one would know it was handmade. As usual I am impressed with your craftsmanship.
This is better looking than most commercial made sets
Very cool my friend and I look forward to checking out the rest of your videos!!😊😊
Love your work Nick! Keep 'em coming! Need to do a spoon now.
Wooow thats awesome project! I wish to have place to do it like you. Keep going 🙏
So talented!..this guy can do anything!
Seems like a full cutlery set is in order...
Great work as always.
I'd love to see you make a carving knife and fork in the same manner as this. Great video man!
Awesome work brother, i searched and searched for a video on how to forge a fork and finally your popped up. keep it up
Nice work. I love it.
great job, it looks great. I am amazed at the star-sparks coming off the rebar. You have talked in previous vids about carbon content varying on rebar - well that one looks rather high!
nice job as always. truly enjoy your vids
I just found your spoon video. Very Cool. It brought me here. Very Cool fork! Keep up with the great videos.
you seem really enthusiastic with what your doing. Its amazing to see someone do what they love. Good job and don't let people bring you down. Continue to do these amazing videos :)
+Dom Speziale Thank you for the kind words!
Very very cool ,That would be my favorite fork, awesome.
That looks great! Maybe you can try forging the handle square and putting in a twist to make it look more decorative. I love these forging videos, can't wait for what's next.
Johnnyred here big fan of your Chanel. So got a challenge build for you. Chop stick cross bow. I was thinking bout using the grove from a tongue &grove piece of wood paneling but u can use what ever. Chop sticks are just such a common thing it be cool to see some thing that can shoot them. Could even be spring powered. Have to figure a weighted arrow tip ,flights so the can fly right. Well give it a pounder.
Wow, great video! Short and to the point, I love it! God bless brother! Jesus loves you!
Thank you!
I would love to throw this one haha :D good job Nick :)
Fantastic results!
Thanks much
Looks great, Nick
That's a really cool fork!
I like it. Cool build
LOL I LOVE IT!!! Its Texas Style!!! I would love to have a larger one for turning my steaks on my Texas Size Grill...Great job brother!!
Slick , great work
Fork from rebar: Refork!
If you really want to make rebar go full circle, make concrete finishing tools from rebar.
Beautiful piece
I half expected a throwing demo! Ha ha, great build!
Hi Nick, how about making a full dinner set Knife, Fork ,Spoon wooden plate/bowl and a horn cup
Nigel Stringer Thanks for the suggestion!
so simple, but so cool!!
This was actually pretty dope! Make a spoon, butter knife, steak knife, and a pairing knife to go with it.
I didn't know in post apocalyptic times they had no forks or spoons but had angle grinders a forge and electricity. keep the videos going. there good!
sheeeeeesh that rly helps me... i needed i guide vid like this,i have a whooooooole bunch of rebar!!!
That some nice smooth work, both at the forge and with the grinder. Smoothness with simple forms is underrated, but a sign of good control. FWIW, the steel doesn't need to be anywhere near red-hot for the beeswax to melt and form a good finish. Although if you just like the flames, that's cool too. :)
nice work nick thank you
Excellent!!
this is amazing actually
Nice video!
Amazing!!!!
Nice. You have potentially saved me $400 if I can make my own. Looking at a set of a nice dinnerware set that is $50 a piece. For $400 I could put that towards a power hammer. 😂
great video! make the whole set!
Good fork!
Cool project.
SUPER FORK!
Outstanding
cool build
One time I was like mom I'm gonna go watch backyardbowyer and she was like, backyard voyeur? Do you even know what that means 😂😂
Awesome!
Man, that's one hell of a Game's of Thrones fork! It can kill. Could you twist the rebar more to make more of an interesting design? Nice one
that's great man .
very good !!!
Forge chain links and make a riveted chain out of rebar, that'd be good practice.
very good idea😃😃
Very cool neck! Hey, make it with just two prongs and you've got yourself an 18th or early 19th century fork. You ought are quite the Craftsman!
very very nice!
Nice work bro.....
So cool
Dude, I have NEVER seen your channel. Im stoked you showed up in my recommended channels.....SUB'd
I love the knives you do that are inspired by games like you CS:GO knife or the destiny knife but a set of medieval dinner utensils would be cool also.
That would be a good camping fork 😊☀️🌵
that fork is super cool
treypop Thanks!
Ur a cool guy nick.. my favorite RUclipsr 🏆🏆🏆
nice fork..bella forchetta.
Nice, real nice
Cool project
+Jim Kaleta Thank you!
I gotta try this for my Momma! thanx....
Very nice project, I love it.
Please make a creative candle holder...
you should try making a spoon and a spatula
Nice video.. :)
Cool!!
He's got skill forging and fricking level 100 with a grinder.
Nicholas, that is a very sweet fork from basically, junk material! Great job!
How about making a set to go camping with?
Yes, but can you make a spork? :P I'm curious as to why you didn't cut the tines with a wedge while it was hot, but opted to grind them. Great project, and I love the rustic look.
Very very good
+Eloy Workshop Thank you!
For your next video, Nick, could you please make a drawknife out of a piece of leafspring or something? PLEASE??
Subscribed. Please make a cleaver
Edit: it would be so cool and funny if you made arrowhead points that are forks
Earned a sub
SPORK!!!
+Urban Airgunner Thanks for watching!
Cool fork. Just a tip, try hot cleaning vinegar. just boil the vinegar, dump the steel in, wait 20 minutes.
D'mais.. parabéns, muito bom mesmo!!!
Vou fazer um também..
That is really cool is it sanitary healthy any drawbacks.... Versus silver are stainless steel
muy bueno, me gusto
Keep it up.
when i get my forge back to working comtition in the future. i actiallt want to make my mother a damascus silverware set. about 3 if each utensil. she has always been very supirtive. but ive never been able to make anything for her. so i really vant wait to do somthing nice gor her othee than only being able to say "love you"
Honestly making her a leather purse with your own hand forged fitting like buckled and maybe like a metal piece that has her initials or something would work too
Great fork !
How about a nice cup ?
very good
I dig it brotha
+Troy Mallett Thanks for watching!
How about a campfire cook set. That would be really post apocalyptic dining.
Good work mate could you make good robust axe
cup of water right next to the grinder to keep the stuff from overheating
