Is that voluntary death or assisted? My statement was, how do THEY know the parents weren’t going to get better. What’s wrong with waiting a little while? God could have turned their situation around! It appears as if no one cares enough about seniors, and the ONLY option is to PULL THE PLUG! I’m offended by the video because I’ve seen this up close and personal with loved ones. I’ve seen seniors taken off of ventilators the minute they were actually improving. I never suggested no one was dying outside of the hospital. I responded to THIS VIDEO ONLY, which the events took place INSIDE THE HOSPITAL!

So sorry for your loss. It must be so hard to lose both parents and not be able to have the physical support of family and friends or to honour their lives. My Mom passed away in February just before the start of Covid-19 and I am so glad she didn’t have to go through this. In the city I live in in Ontario, Canada we also lost a very popular husband and wife 4 days apart. May God comfort you and surround you with his love.💐
I'm so sorry for your loss friend. Gods timing is perfect is what my dad says. I lost my mom 6 months ago and I am also glad she didn't have to go through this she was immunocompromised and we were always worried she would catch something so she had to protect herself all the time especially since she was constantly going to doctor appointments or the ER and I can't imagine her being in hospital sick and us not being able to visit her and be with her. I thank God that we were able to be next to her in the hospital when she passed away It's so sad hearing stories of people who couldn't be there with their loved ones when they passed away

I live by myself and had to quarantine. I was tested and was negative but I know I'm at risk and would sit in my house for a year if I have to. It is sad that he lost both parents at once, it is sad that they had to catch coronavirus, it is sad that they had to suffer so much before death......but doesn't one feel that it is good they passed away on the same day. They were married for 51 years and didn't have to go through the pain of losing one's partner, neither one of them had to live their lives alone after the death of their partner

I lost my mom recently and WAS able to have a proper funeral and burial for her. If you lost a parent or any loved one for that matter you would understand that this IS the time to show people empathy, care and support. No need for you to be mean.

I lost both of my parents a month apart in 2012 and I know the agony he is going through. Thank you for educating and encouraging others at a time when your heart is broken. My brother passed unexpectedly last week and we are also going to do a virtual funeral. Not being able to have a proper funeral is so hard, but necessary. My heart goes out to everyone who had to wave goodbye to their loved one in the hospital parking lot and wasn’t able to sit with them, hold their hand, and wipe their brow. 💔
