WATCH | Residents of Hangberg hurl rocks at police after operation to tear down structures

Residents of Hangberg, Hout Bay and police were in a standoff on Tuesday after an operation by the City of Cape Town and SAPS saw "illegal" structures torn down in the pouring rain. Rubber bullets were fired, rocks thrown and insults hurled in the ensuing confrontation.
