kang is just immense, how he isn’t a legendary is beyond me
He is one of the strongest carry characters in the game where you can use him IMO.
Kang is more useful than Apocalypse

I wish I had him! I'm stockpiling Premium/Ultimus Orbs in the meantime for when he's farmable at some point!

Ikr, I powered up quicksilver and x factor because I missed kangs terrible release and node 2 is completely impossible without him
The free strike pass thing has 20x Kang shards, but at this stage you should already have him.
I made one attempt at difficulty 5 and got BODIED by the Masters of Evil/X Factor stages.
Some of the other stages were tough as well. Seems most of the enemies get to go first.

I totally agree with your previous conclusion that U.S. Agent is simply too underwhelming outside raids. His ult does ... nothing? lol
The 2nd MoE/QS/XFactor node, i think node 6 is very tough on difficulty 8. Really have to control youe enemies thru out whole match cause if they attack its massive damage and there are alot of good characters
One of the pacts gives strikers +1 energy on kill. It’s not Titania. Don’t plan your next runs around Titania because of that. I was hoping you would have noticed in the last Cosmic node but you turned it to auto right when Ikaris was doing his second Ult in a row.
Lol yeah it's okay I figured this out later on my own when I looked back at the pacts again, for some reason I forgot what I had put on.
I ran dif6 just to unlock Nova at the same time I was watching the video, it was fun! Kang MVP
Kang truly is amazing , but also sad for those who don’t have him maxed out because he really does carry

They increased the difficulty the second time around. The first time, I was able to consistently get to Node 10, but I could not beat it. Since then, I have powered up my Masters of Evil and my X Factor. Except now, I can't get past node 6. I get completely fucking annihilated despite having stronger teams this time around. Seriously, fuck Scopely.
You got really lucky with the first city node. I have similar power on the same team and the wakandans have been wiping me. Probably on reset 30 by now. I am thinking about restarting it without CC bonuses, but that may nerf masters of evil too much.
You may have to try doing a sac run. But, yeah it is going to be a lot of RNG on who hits who.... reminds me of first MLF event. I personally don't recommend taking CC bonuses off, you'll need it later imo.
If you use the bio charged pact and the one where web warriors get tangled web cosmic crucible tag, you can use web warriors and sub in 2099. I found it is the best way to get rid of those pesky Nakia's

I did the last node then it said this fight is no longer valid....
i did a Diff 8 max scourge. cleared it with relative ease.. toughest node was when i tried using Quick Silver.. yeah that didnt work.. full MoE ftw
Difficulty 6 with 3 pacts can unlock Nova without doing node 10. I'm only commander level 86 and my MoE was at 370k (Kang 3rs G15, everyone else at G13). Good luck to those who have not unlocked him yet.
Which pacts did you activate? I'm pretty similar to your set up
@@JS-hm4vn Sorry for the late reply, I used Bio-charged, the one that activates Cosmic Crucible bonuses and one other I already forgot.
As someone who has very minimal investment in MOE other than Kang, I am happy with my 30 shards of Nova. with the Rank rewards, I'll get him 2nd go around. Not upgrading MOE for this lol
Unfortunately, anything above D4 of course will require you to have this team, but you might be able to squeeze things out with high pacts on D4.
Mine are all g16, but only Kang is over level 86. No gold left.
HAd to remove the Critical Hit scourge, got killed. my lvl 16 couldn not carry the last node. Same diff, same scourges
Difficulty 5, all scorges. Melted my brain trying to keep up but did it eventually with 0 losses. No chance doing anymore than that o_o
It is pretty challenging. Since this recording I have dipped in to D8 and I can see the difficulty on the nodes I mentioned in this video jump up DRAMATICALLY. Particularly the City Hero nodes, and Node 10.
Did they take the scourge down?
node 3 on d8 is wild, i cant get past it. opening barrage of wakanda totally destroys at least 1 member. tried web warriors, tried my old dd5 team (squirel, cloak, dagger, shang ghost spider) nothing seemed to work. the jump between d7 and d8 doesnt feel good at all
If you have the tangled web crucible bonuses, with the bugged bio charged pact, use web warriors but sub in 2099 for spiderman . Like holy bejeebus does it help with those pesky Nakia's

Scourges are now Pacts. you make Pacts with the devil AKA Mephisto. Sounds like hes the next year long event. wonder if that means 4 hell themed teams as his generals? or its going to be random teams that make a dark pact with Mephisto?
Didn’t they basically confirm a year long like apocalypse wasn’t happening though ? At least not in the way you need everyone to do it.
@@Boilon i think they said it wont happen this year but maybe he will be the year long event next year and nova and other legendary scourges/pacts will lead up to it?
Try the 3 new warriors with 2099 and spider ghost you get first turn and clear most of it before any new warriors get a turn
I couldn't beat node 10 difficulty 8 with 90 packs on. Still got over 1.3 million score on my first run. I might have to upgrade all MOE to g16 and take Kang to G17 if I want to beat it.
Yeah I’m on D8 now I may do a 9 node run to complete the milestone

I did it without masters of evil except ultron g17 maxed abilities and g15 qs and xfactor
Fire Star's (and Gwen Pool) ability costs are way too long. Makes the team kinda iffy in long drawn out fights and they kinda B/C level at every other game mode (especially War). Questioning my plans to take them to DD5.

I tested the team on the first nodes of DD3 and DD4 and they do OK. Firestar can get 1-shot by Captain Marvel due to only 3-red stars, but otherwise they function OK (DD3 enemies do way more damage, oddly). Generally, Gwenpool's +60% armor passive is a huge boost to the survivability of the team. I'm thinking of upgrading Gwenpool and Firestar to Level 95 cause I don't wanna wait around to get 4 or 5 stars.
Gwenpool's biggest problem is that all she does is pass out Defense Up with her basic after her turn 1 taunt for the majority of the match. Her special cooldown is WAY too long, wish they would change it to 3 or 4 energy instead and taunt should be 2 turns, otherwise it's kinda useless. You would only use her Ultimate if you needed an emergency cleanse and even that is only available on turn 2 with a 8 energy cooldown... again way too long and should be cut in half or more.
Shang Chi a good 5th, She-Hulk is pretty mediocre but OK if you wanna save on gear if you have her G16 already for Apocalypse .

I unlocked nova extremely easy. Basically just auto with all pacts on lvl 5.
So I was asleep when the event started, now it has been taken down.
The drunken slur intro, i respect it. I had to double check if my play speed wasn't reduced, aha.
Can do level 4 with all pacts but cant get 450k w out kang…pretty bummed

Currently the bio charged pact is bugged so everyone can get full ability bars and increased speed.
It does wonders and also equally makes things harder when trying to set up attacks... but honestly, I love watching my Titania go to town on the annoying gambits on node 6
It seems to have issues on both ends, both players and enemies. I have heard reports of enemy bio characters getting 5+ turns or something wacky, and also the same for player side.... I expect this may get fixed for better or for worse...

The only team that's important is Masters of Evil really. I tried to use X-Factor for fun and they were useless.

Hey man, would you mind doing some audio mastering on your vids? They're always quite harsh, and clip. You could do some compression, or even just run the audio track through something like adobe's free podcast audio mastering tool. It would really help.
Never heard anyone say this before. I usually don’t have time to do this because a lot of my videos are recorded then thrown up on RUclips if it’s time sensitive. If my voice or volume fluctuates that’s probably the times you’re hearing this the most.
Event so bugged this just turned it off
the BIO pacts are all busted, crazy broken interactions, they just took down the event.
