Thank you, Coach! I love the “push” cue connected to the leg drive to start the movement.

For disc golf, inside and outside circles teach you to be mindful of the swing plane(if you pay attention). Everything is about the disc/wrist/elbow/shoulder/back being in alignment, unfortunately with a 175g disc, there is no feedback, pulling you in line. Letting your arm go straight and be pulled by the heavy weight forces everything into alignment and gives good feedback.
7:49 this all applies to disc golf, shoulder, elbow, and wrist have to just go where they are going, with no muscling, or "arming the disc". Any active movement(until you have pro form) looses you distance and accuracy.

I really appreciate this new series of videos Mark. I’ve been working on your mill club program for about a year now and after watching this video I realized that I have been sacrificing form to increase the number of reps so I feel that I’m progressing in my work output. This series of videos really helps to show the correct form so I am currently reviewing my form and letting the number of reps take care of themselves. I’m thinking that this will be best in the long run.

Might you do a collaboration video with your friend who works in the neurological recovery side of things? Sorry can't remember the exact name of their work. i.e. a Convo around what you said about clubs and maces crossing the centre line as being beneficial for the brain in recovery or preventing degenerative disease and also building complexity club/Mace movement for brain plasticity and such? It's a real motivator for me to keep going with these workout tools having neurological benefits, along with the core, rotation and joint benefits too.

For the average person being new to club-swinging, how long should the first three exercises be practiced until moving up to inside/outside rotational swings? Or is it just when you feel comfortable with the movements? I'm sure it takes longer for some than for others.
Fully understanding that the first three exercises are in preparation for the full rotation swings.
