Still Enjoying this after all these Moons. I went to this show with Matt Dougan and Mex. This was my first Dead Show at the Garden. They blew the roof off the place. One of my top 3 early 80's Era shows. Crashed at the Red Apple Rest.
I was there. This opened the second set MARVELOUSLY. I took the PATH train into MSG from NJ. At one point, the conductor announced "Deadhead Express", which is a technical term in transit operations which means an empty train was passing in the opposite direction. But with all of the freaks on board, our train was the REAL Deadhead Express.
Boy those. We’re the all us so called freaks got along and always looked out for each other we took cair of our own and Any one else who needed help because if you see someone down and out you help them. Now in 2024 it seems like every body doesn’t cair about thair fellow man or woman that’s what’s rong. With the world today
