She will come to India if government of India need her service.thats why her being indian is very much important for Indians.
India has some world class Economists like Raghuram Rajan, Gita Gopinath, Abhijeet Banerjee, Amartya Sen and many more.
These are the people who are always ready to serve the country.thats what matters the most.

Caste based reservations and lethargic decision making of the government are dragging India's growth prospects down.

Caste based reservation was one of th reasons behind India's growth.
But the corruption and inefficiency in the process is what dragging down the development.
How are you going to develop a country infected by casteism and poverty if you don't educate its poorest of poor people. ?!!
India used to be one... And as far as I know , parts of India is still the same.

It is a fashion; and unharmful to criticise India here there and everywhere.
anyone criticises eg. China, they will be harmed.
