After 4th grade we went to different schools and now I am in 8th grade. Since then I have never found a really good friend again. All my other friends are more like : I See him everyday so we are friends, but if he needs help, *NAH*

That's the way it always goes. Kittens seem cute and friendly. Then one day you realize they have taken over the house and are plotting world conquest.
They think of nothing but murder all day long.

I love that Bailey has another pet that he can play with, the rabbits aren't as playful as Bailey'd like. I am sure that once he starts to like the kitten they will sleep, cuddle and play together. Can't wait to see how this will develop!
Won't be as playful as a puppy, because they're basically a different species, dogs and cats interact differently, play differently. It's not that bad but you shouldn't expected the play together thing too much

Big Tuna my kitten is soooo playful and also cuddly! He gets crazy sometimes when he plays and when he cuddles he’s a different kitten soo sweet 🥰

Such a smart way to introduce Bailey and kitten, just takes a few repeated feedings like this. Kitten really was hungry for that meat, nummy. Bailey did a great being gentle 💕🐾🐾💓👍🌟
Simon is lucky Bailey isn't like my late Basset Hound, Loulou. She was a motherly type and would groom kittens by holding them down for a good bath. Poor little critters looked like bedraggled rats every other day, but my she was proud of the bright, shiny coats on her extra "puppies."

That kitten is fearless.
We just inherited a miniature greyhound after her human died. She had never been around cats until she came to our house. She's very hyper & wanted to chase the cats. They stood their ground. Things are better now. 😊

Simon will be a gorgeous cat. Obviously his colors are still forming. Bailey is a very sweet dog. Especially since he knows how to give a cat space, unlike so many other rambunctious dogs.

No offense but you guys are doing things all wrong with those two for a induction.
First time you let the dog get jealous and then the dog energy levels jumped up and you didn't try to bring him down or get the cat out of there.
Now you bring food into the mix setting off feeding instinct thinking its all cute how there are reacting but they are only going to hate each other.
Have you ever had a dog and cat at the same time before? Only thing your doing is make a problem look cute on video.
I agree, in both videos the dog is stressed and they keep trying to force him to interact with the cat. It should be left to him to approach the kitten. Also, processed/packaged ham can be way too salty for animals.
Actually, yes, he did well to bring the food because they have to associate each other with positive stimuli. And he is not forcing the dog to interact. He just brought them closer. There s nothing bad in the way he's acting
No, Alina. They'll get closer when they feel they're ready. They do know their space in the house and bringing food between them to make them get closer is not really the best move. It was only for the dog before the cat arrived. All of a sudden Bailey has to share it. No way he's gonna be happy to do it so soon... His energy was really high and not really positive, good thing is that he's a Golden retriever...
@@cocotimbo i don't agree too much. If you're not helping, they will, probably, never get too close. Pets love their owners, so the owner has to reassure pets that they will be loved and fed and cuddled even though there's a new member. For sure, the attitude of the type: here's the new member, deal with it, take your time and accept it is not so effective. I gave my older cat time to accept the little one, kept them separated because the older was extremelly jealous and aggressive to the little one but, with my help, my reassurance, my attention to her, she accepted her and they love each other now. I think dogs are friendlier to new pets in the house but they also need reassurance that they will continue to be loved...

But the owner has to always be there, between them, feeding them both, cuddling with both, petting them both, most probably even more the 1st pet in the house. The guy in the video in gentle, reassuring the dog so, accusing him that he's not doing the right thing is not so nice, afterall. He's sharing with us something really sweet so we should appreciate more 😊
