I don't usually post video, but this person was rude, threatened me and my family ( I had a 11 month on board) and tried to bully me off the road. I held my ground and didn't return fire (other than to tell him to reverse back) Also note the red Mazda was already waiting and giving way to let me pass as per UK road rules.

Those people always seem to act like it's somebody else's fault that they got themselves into a mess.

Try driving a truck down a country lane... people think you are down there just for a casual drive or something. The grief they seem to have just for backing up a little or pulling into a gateway is astonishing.
@@HisMastersAlibi The way people treat lorry drivers is disgusting.Its as if they're inferior on the road when it's actually the complete opposite.Me,myself I have utmost respect for lorry drivers what they have to do manoeuvring massive units around.I drive a long wheelbase sprinter and my route sometimes takes me down country lanes and the looks you get and the way people are is as if you shouldn't be there.
@@sticksman7819 last year people were clapping for us out there delivering goods,this year the Claps have turned to the 2 finger salute. Gas world we live in. I usually just give a big smile and wave. Or like the other day I just rolled down the window and said ,thank you,your welcome, over and over as I squeezed by. Your one in the car had a high class scowl on her,twas hilarious.

tell me about it lol. i had a lady rear end me once. she told me i moved my car. i didn't but just looked at her like she was crazy and told her i didn't. she yelled that i did. i wasn't in the mood to deal with the entitled lady and walked away. she acted so entitled the entire time too. however her story changed to she thought she saw me move when the cop came. also to add my car was all dented in. she claimed she had a spider web crack in her car and acted like i should feel bad for her. the cop or i didn't see it.
if he understood the highway code, he would have understood the obstruction is on his side of the road, therefore onus is on him to give way.
Has this muppet actually taken a driving test? He would have failed instantly if he had made a similar turn during it. He clearly does not understand what the lines at the entrance to the road mean.

When dressed as the "Man from Del Monte", I find its better not to attract attention by "giving it large" in the middle of the road. If for some reason I dressed like that, I sure as fuck wouldn't leave the car until I got home, or if it was the dead of night.

I was in England last year and was amazed that this happens all to often. No courtesy on the roads anymore.
I'm struggling to comprehend that the guy in the Lexus thought he was in the right. Red Mazda didn't help sitting with no indicator on at the start to show an intension to move, can car stopped to far back, this I believe gave the ammo to the other car driver, to not move.
Maybe not "in" the right, but definitely "on" the right...

You are told by instructors not to indicate in such a situation, your position on the road is all the indication you need to give. So the fault here was actually their road position - they should have stopped to the right of their lane showing they are waiting to enter to oncoming lane.

He can't drive. He couldn't reverse properly. He couldn't pull into the obvious gap either. I bet he's never passed the test. I guess he gets out often to try to intimidate the other driver to reverse because he himself is rubbish at driving.
I was at a similar incident many years ago and the lady driver of a Merc (in this case) was asked to reverse...she said she could not because her husband had told her never to reverse the car :-)

The audacity for him to go onto the wrong lane then get out and give you shit.
So easily resolved. All he needed to do was pull in front of the red mazda (as you saw at the end, his whole car doesn't have to be out of the way for the cammer to get past), and apologise to the mazda driver, or if the mazda drivers a bit of a wankstain too, he could let them go ahead of him once the cammer is past.
Wankstain, that's beautiful never heard that .
I'm from Canada, we have a few colorful names as well, but wankstain is the best.

This happened to me recently, I swung around as the driver here as loads of parents outside a school were blocking my entire view when turning left. Another car was, like the OP, committed to coming through and she had nowhere to turn.
I raised my hand to apologise and reversed back, dare I say much more sublimely than this driver.
Lady thanked me, I smiled and we were both on our way.
What a cheeky driver.

I had a similar thing happen to me,approaching car was on my side of the road,taking a line to pass the parked cars on his side of the road(,like here), there was also a gap he should have tucked into, he just took the junction on my side of the road,and met me coming along, I tucked into his side of the road into the gap he should have been in ,(we were both ironically on the wrong side of the road ,me by necessity) and we went on our merry ways, my day wasn't hampered by the numbskull, no doubt he saw that as a victory, til he does it again ----- with a different outcome.
Audio would have been helpful.

I don't know where this is, but that has got to be the poorest traffic/road plan I have ever seen. One lane should be ONE WAY...period.

People often park along the sides of roads, especially around schools. It's not illegal unless there are yellow lines .
You just have to be courteous to other road users and wait until it's safe to pass.
The cause of this is that red car poorly parked too close to the junction. I see this too many times
Both you and another one in the comments failed to notice the red car wasn't parked. It was waiting for the cam car to clear before going onto the other side of the road, which it did at the end.
He should go back and resit the lane discipline part of the test till he understands it thoroughly.

Unbelievable BELLEND. Should have checked for oncoming traffic as he rounded the corner and even then had the opportunity to pull into space to his left. Unless of course this was actually his road.

That's not road rage; that's a friendly conversation at best!
Not sure if sound was turned off looking at the video however whilst the situation warranted both drivers to act with caution ( as the red car parked illegally at the corner of the side road at junction of major important road was the physical cause of an event that placed other road users at risk ). The dash cam driver did reverse up sufficient to allow the Perceived baddy driver display of rage to pull into the gap between the two other cars to his left , however the law says you must never reverse out onto a major road from a minor road as that is dangerous to do. The dash cam driver was in fact obliged to reverse back up to allow the Perceived baddy in off the major road, which the dash cam driver did partially in the circumstances. Whilst the behaviour of the Perceived baddy driver was too much the entire blame did not rest with him. He believed he was right to not back out which he did eventually however that was more illegal than dash cam driver. Moral of story is council should enforcement illegally parked cars at busy junction major minor roads or partially recede grass verge on footway at that juncture to allow fluctuate manoeuvres necessary for avoidance of collision and road rage incident
