Imagine Garrett playing in this game against these Asians that play anything, like J6 off. He’d be crying and asking for his money back every other hand 😂
I could never have folded that backdoor nut flush draw that Mr. G mucked on the the turn to a 10k bet and call into a 14k pot (totalling a 34k pot) despite the equity being quite low at approx 17% with only one street to go, way too much payoff possible from backdoors, especially a flush in shortdeck + it was a perfect spot versus top boat - strictly on the maths, I do get the fold, but, Tony, where's the HEAAAART! Lol
Even with a magnifying glass I can’t read the stack sizes or the percents which should be at least the font size as big as their names. Maybe if I was watching it on a 3 m high resolution television, I can see it. Needs to be fixed Because the resolution on RUclips just shows a bunch of blob pixels.
I like watching Asian players. They play very ballsy yet calculated. Sorry if I’m stereotyping, but culture is a thing that exists I suppose. And they’re obviously all different players.
They are playing a variant of NLHE called Short Deck. In short deck a flush beats a full house because it is statistically less common to occur than a full house with the 2 thru 5 cards removed from the deck. It’s a very high variance game and despite the similarities to NLHE, it plays quite differently.
Shame Tony’s appearance here was so short. He played two hands over five episodes last Triton Poker cash game… now here he’s out in 30min. I think he’s lost the fire and love of the game
Why 16:55 commentator says that flush beats a full House? As I know only straight flush beats a full house. So I assume It was good fold by Tony G with upcoming flush against a full House... Somebody explain please?
Hi, this is short deck format. 36 cards (2’s thru 5’s removed). Flush beats a full house. Ace acts as high (TJQKA) and low (A6789) for making straight (so acts as A and as 5). No blinds, but ante only and double ante on the button.
@@TritonPoker Thank you so much. I did not notice this at all in the game. Additionally, I am hearing about Short Deck for the first time. Interesting!! Thanks for taking the time to reply. Appreciate it.
Having Tony G listed as Tony Guoga on the graphics is blasphemy.
Hilarious🎉😂
He's a respectable man now.
Practically clickbait lol
Fits that after he folded that AQ of clubs lol 😆😂
feel my power!
I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again, Triton is the gold standard for poker productions.
Thanks Anthony for the kind words! Much appreciated 🙏
But the commentary is bad! Said straight to flush and said fush beats full house... what the fuck?
at 30:55 commentator says a flush beats a full house

Wow, King Wong takes it like a man!! Good on him! Fun to watch him and the others....wild!!
The text on the hands is almost impossible to read on most devices.
Love the triton series, amazing casters, players, and production value. RIP Ivan Leow
Good to have randy Lew back on the commentary👍👍
When u see Tony G play like a nit folding nut flush draw for 10k more. U know it is the hard playground

Nah he would just fleece these guys
these are the best i hope there is some more omaa games coming up
All in with J6....) NICE

Huge Love for Triton from Italy. Woooo woooo❤
I would like to see new videos with various games from Triton, at least every week not just when Christmas is approaching!

Tony G has good implied odds for making the call as well so it's arguably correct to call there
Why is the commentator saying FLUSH beats Full House? Is something wrong with him?

Do suited cards count for the J-6 and 7-2 games?
yes of course
Flush beats a full house? What game is this
short deck
Is limping in short stack with premium hands normal strategy?
I came to ask this same question
Apparently hand values are closer than regular holdem. (Source: Patrick Antonius)
Yes, it is. Limping raising/all in AK, AA and KK is a normal.strategy in shortdeck

So flush is best hand in this game other than quads and straight flush ?
Flush > full house, dat's all the major difference
Why would it be better that a str8 Flush or quads.. its just better than a boat cause it is harder to Hit with less cards .
Dwan wins 2 after Elton tells him around 5:40 might be a good time to win your first tournament.
Where is Phil???! If you invite Tony G then I want to PH as well!!
The shuffling machine really putting in work
Dang are these Asian poker players former movie stars too?? Quite a group of “lookers” on the table??🤩🤓😏
What kind of commentary was at the 32 min mark? A flush beats a full house? Come on man, stop it, not a dream hand at all if buddy had an Ace.
A bunch of guys shoving with J6, nice!
J6 must shove here, its the rule of their game
26:36 does elton take some chips off?
I believe you can take off anything above 200 antees. Because the variance is huge in short deck. Its voluntary so you can play deeper if you want
Nice fold Tony
Jack 6 😅
Tony G уже не торт
Rui Kao plays Dwan by saying bluff is Dwan favorite move 50:35 😆
Where can I buy the chips you guys use
what happened with Tony G ? super nit
where can i get a triton cap?
Why would they play flushes beat full house?
Because it's short deck so full houses are easier to hit than flush
我真係同花順哈哈🤣
I'd rather watch this than WSOP anytime!
LOL Tony G forgot to zips his pants xD
Tony G is the nit in the game. What happened to gamble gamble with him?
he's broke now
Tom should only come out of house, after taking enough. that is good etiquette. I worried him start shaking there.
Тони G здорово постарел

16:58 guy just casually says "a flush beats a full house." Didn't correct himself. Says it here too 30:48. Are they playing with different rules?

Hi Ana, in short deck YES
Surprised how Tony folded the AQ given playing in short deck, guess that aggressiveness has faded after all.
I haven't seen the hand but AQ is a worse hand i short deck no?
to be fair he did quit saying he doesnt know how to play the game

Short deck is BINGO, not poker.
There is strategy to it that can give you an edge. Just like every card game.
@@AmericanVangaurd there's a difference between Poker and typical card games. This is a BINGO card game.

In what world FLUSH beats FULL HOUSE? Is the commentator a rookie?
