Very cool! I have some questions! 1. Can you make mochi with this? I tried with black glutinous rice once, but failed miserably. 2. Aside from the taste, how different is this from black glutinous rice? 3. Where in the world do you even find brown glutinous rice!? I've only ever seen white and black.

Vitamix has ‘DRY CONTAINER’ for dry grains to grind. Just interchange the container.
